OANDA WITHDRAWAL CONCERN UPDATE

Since transparency is important here i would like to inform OANDA that I received my TWO withdrawals already it took 1 month for the first,,, 1.5 months for the second AND I AM STILL THANKFUL FOR THESE THINGS,,, THEY HAVE BEEN REPLYING AND ACCOMODATING MY CLARIFICATION ALSO ,
(MY PREVIOUS POST) I am not here to rant I am just here to give my honest feedback to you dear Oanda

Really High Fees but trustworthy

Did not think they deserved 4 stars because of how high their pricing is. That's really the only issue. Your money is safe with FDIC insurance, government backed, etc but if you went with an offshore broker you get so much more, I'm talking fees and spreads with at least a fifth of the price these guys charge. Also if you're in US, you unlock trading indices.
Great customer service.
Probably best for traders who want to catch longer term calls

Trading account blocked

I had issues logging in to my trading account, which was then blocked by the computer. I then asked the Virtual assistant for help, and it got agent Angeline on the line. Within minutes, she unblocked my account and I was able to trade again.

Absolute fraudsters

Absolute fraudsters, opened a trade and after opening the trade, my spread went from two pips to 18 pips. They also froze my trade for an approximately an hour or more. Couldn't close my trade because of the spread and ended up losing on what should have been a good trade.

A day after my previous review

A day after my previous review, they sent an email to provide more documents (it means it took at least 10 days to send me a simple email).
Oanda’s reply to my review is just a claim to convince others that the problem is mine.
It's ridiculous.
