Frankly, their customer service is good.
There were some technical issues earlier on in my trading journey with Oanda. However, they made it up with fantastic customer service. Shanice has been very professional and patient with my queries and requests.
I would stay with Oanda because of this wonderful customer experience. Also, the technical issues no longer surface. I think they've all been resolved. Good job.

First
First, I’m appreciative of my RM Gwen who has followed up on me.
I’m appreciative because she has continued to do it even though I have not been able to find time to go for all the previous sessions she asked for. She has also helped me with many of my platform issues and request even when we have not met before.
Secondly today I attended my first MasterClass with Oanda. It was professionally done and handled by a competent trainer Kelvin (or Calvin?). I wish to thank Oanda for investing in customers like us in such events. It makes our experience enjoyable.
