Chaotic on our return - initially, they couldn't find my key, then when I returned to the car it was blocked in. Then they couldn't locate the key for that vehicle, and after 15 minutes searching rang someone on the compound who had the key & then moved the vehicle. All in all, this caused a 25 minute delay after a tiring evening flight. I was assured that this wouldn't happen, I even called ahead from Skiathos airport to check everything would be ready. It really is a chaotic mess in the office, and not even an apology - I would never use this company again, I'd pay a little more & park it at the airport or with a reputable company, but not Oakwood.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Retuned from a 4 night stay to an absolutely stinking dirty vehicle which was not like that when I left it. Wish i could post a picture on here to show. Only moved across the car park literally 20 metres so thinking has it been driven elsewhere as wheels stinking as well. Saying is right only get what you pay for and I got crap!! Advice to others pay the extra and use silver zone as Oakwood parking is not fit for purpose. Also lucky that the car park wasn’t busy when I arrived as there was 1 guy driving the 2 buses so if you was pushing for time you’d be struggling to make your flight with these cowboys. In my opinion should be closed down!

Bus drivers were basically rally drivers which were rude, didn’t help with bags and overloaded a bus on the way back stuffing us in like sardines
Got my keys from the office and headed home. Noticed there was glass all over my back seat and my window didn’t have the bmw badge on it( nothing was said when I collected it) Called up multiple times to arrange a payment for a proper window replacement and to fix the mechanism that they broke too and got nowhere
Not a good place for customer service or safety of your car so unless you don’t care about what happens to your car, I wouldn’t advise
But to be fair to the owner he has payed bmw now but the workers there are awful

Only two stars as Upon opening my car saw that things had been rifled through. Stuff in the boot was all over the place and some cleaning products had been taken, which I needed as the car was filthy picking it up from them.

I have used this company multiple times over the years to park my car when flying from Bristol. I couldn’t believe how badly it went this time, to the point I will never use this company again. We landed at Bristol and as we reached the pick up area, as advised by staff and as we have done so many times before, we called Oakwood to let them know we were ready. The call went to an automated message which stated that they now send a bus up “approximately every 10-15 minutes” and to “wait at the far end“ of the drop off area. We waited 25 minutes for the first bus to arrive, the “far end” being very ambiguous anyway, we rushed over to where the bus had parked and there were quite a few of us waiting. The lady driving told my partner and I that those with luggage were to fill this bus, and that we would have to wait for another. To which we asked well how is that fair when we have waited longer than some of them and what happens on the next bus, do we again lose priority because we don’t have luggage? The lady started getting shirty with us and shouted at us, some phrases including “If you don’t like it don’t use us again and walk to your car”…. “If this is the biggest thing you have to worry about then you lead sad and pathetic lives” and called someone on the phone and said “I’m not having this they’re all bloody whinging at me.” To add insult to injury, we also overheard the staff member saying that there were in fact two seats available but “never mind they can get the next one.” We couldn’t believe it, what a way to return from a holiday! The second bus arrived, meaning that we waited 40 minutes in total. We both understand that it’s a busy time of year, and had the staff communicated to us in a more understanding or even basic human manner, we wouldn’t have minded. The second driver and who we assumed was the manager, was very apologetic. However, the damage has been done. We would rather pay more and have a nicer experience, which is a shame, as we regularly fly from Bristol and have always recommended them.

Booked through and upon arriving saw farm field full of sheep’s roaming round full of cars and vans parked up! Strangely I saw someone drove out unacceptable speeding to the Oakwood office parking space ! I asked my son to go over and check more shocking he walked in doors unlocked and keys left on top tyres 🛞! Yes this is not secure fence carpark it’s totally cowboys company so I immediately cancelled parking and parked at the airport which is more secure and professional services…..

My husband and I have used Oakwood on many occasions over the years, the last time was May of this year and I am about to use them again in July we have never had a problem. The drivers have always been very helpful and efficient.

First and last time I use Oakwood. Like my mother said, “there’s no smoke without fire” and the numerous bad reviews on Trustpilot and Google reviews all indicate a pattern. Next time, I’ll listen to these reviews.

When we were collected, our driver made everyone load up their own bags because he “couldn’t be bothered” including some elderly ladies. (On reflection, his physical condition was more than likely the cause.)
However, as the bus was full and there wasn’t enough room for me and my luggage, I was told by the driver that they wouldn’t transport my luggage back and “I’d have to come and collect it myself” (resulting in me incurring an additional parking fee at the airport). However, this wasn’t an issue when taking me to the airport.

Thankfully our car appears to be undamaged unlike other individuals that have used Oakwood but it is dirty inside and out, I can’t guarantee it’s not been used during our time away sadly.

There are other parking services around Bristol airport, so choose wisely and avoid Oakwood parking.

Well, another bad review isn't it oakwood carpark?!
Left my car there from Wednesday to Saturday afternoon. Came back to a car full o bird POOPall over. When i say poop, i actually mean it! I've never seen anything like that before, it was thick, black and it was very dry, looked like it was there for a long time. The lady who picked us up said they shouldn't have returned the car to us like that and she offered to jet wash it. We didn't have time to wait as we were in a rush so we said thank you and left.
We took the car to the car wash, they've done everything as they should before using the jet wash and when it was finished we saw that the gloss where the poop was, was coming all off!!
I obviously called oakwood carpark and reported it. They asked for pictures. Waited a day and no answer. I called back and asked to speak with the manager.
First of all he started the conversation by saying that it's not their fault, it was the company who washed the car and also said that he got an opinion from 3 different garages and they told him that bird poop only starts damaging the car after 3 days... (pure lie, it's actually 48h!!!)
He kept saying that they weren't going to take responsibility and and actually very sarcastic and rude by saying things like "i don't control the birds that fly over my carpark", "maybe my coworkers were in a rush to go home that's why they didn't wash off your car" and "you are wasting my time I'm going to hang up".
Also when i checked my dashcam i saw how fast they werr driving my car on those horrible roads, i was fuming!!!!!

Yeah, this is the service you get from them! This is what you get for going cheap!! Lesson learnt! Never again! I'm actually surprised that no one is taking any legal action against them with all these bad reviews..

We dropped off the car without any problems. The driver loaded the bags. The shuttle bus was there waiting for me on the return, as luckily, somebody else called just before me. Had to click the key to find the car, but it wasn't very far up the car park. Will use the service again...many thanks!

Dreadful experience on return to Bristol Airport. Getting to Airport was fine on Thursday, 26 March. Driver gave my husband a card with his mobile number. He was told to ring as soon as we had collected our luggage from the carousel. My husband rang and rang and rang. Rang five times in total and then decided to ring the landline. Was told that the Driver has gone to get diesel! Our flight had actually landed 10 mins early. We foolishly believed that Oakwood were tracking the flight as we had given our flight details on the booking form. How naive were we! No sign of anyone for 30 mins. We were the last people in the waiting area when the minibus turned up. The weather was foul - rain and wind. I am Asthmatic and windy weather makes it much worse. A miserable end to the holiday especially as we had to travel to South Wales. We both complained to the man in the Office and when I asked for the name of the Manager I was told that Mr Chris Williams was on holiday but his son Luke would be in the following morning and would contact us. What a joke. No contact was made and I spent most of the day trying to get through to the Office. Very, very disappointing as we have been loyal customers over the past few years and have even stayed at Beechtree accommodation. Never again. Please pay extra and use an alternative company.

Arrived left waiting in the freezing cold while the driver left us there until his return.Only one transport bus running.Apon his return had to put suitcases in ourselves, very lazy not friendly driver.When we returned called for pick up had to wait 30-35 mins.They will not pick up until they have customer’s to drop off.Would I recommend no never again.

Warning if you would like to return to your car and see that it’s damaged then this is the car park for you… we returned to our car which was full of mud and they had snapped the wind screen wiper blade clean off!!! It happened to another car as well. We reported this and they said it was clearly a weather issue and there was nothing they could do.. I would not leave my car here!! Staff are not pleasant what so ever! Rude!! Woman spoke to me like a piece of crap! Service 1 out of 5 stars!! Just pay the money and park at the airport instead would save you a lot of time and you wouldn’t have a damaged vehicle

Do not use this cowboy outfit at any cost, you think you might be saving money but the money you save yourself isn't worth it so be warned . Got to Bristol airport yesterday at 1700 we rang oakwood as soon as we landed, they will tell you that they will be 10 minutes!! But after 4 more phone calls and 40 minutes still not arrived to pick us up, when the mini bus eventually arrived the driver was the most rude unhelpful and arrogant person that I've ever met ,he shouted at someone for not lying his case down properly picked it up and just chucked it back in. He then packed us in the mini bus like sardines ,all the seats were taken ,so the rest of us which were about 8 people were stood up if you could call it that,as you couldn't stand up straight as not enough head room, you would have to see it to believe it. I am sure if the police would have seen how we were packed in the minibus there would have been consequences!! And to top it off when we arrived back at oakwood parking we got the keys to our car , walked to the car and it was blocked in with another car in front of it by about 2 Inches, we went back to reception to tell them and the receptionist said go back to the carpark and get the number plate, it took longer to retrieve our car than the flight from Edinburgh to Bristol, shocking company

I made an innocent mistake and parked in reception rather then out in the field to the right. Which was met by abuse from a worker. I lost my cool and we later apologised to one another. However, on return found our car covered in soggy takeaway packing. Does make you question the security. Guess you get what you pay for. Lifts to and from airport were fine and friendly staff in office.

Service was great here and really reasonably priced. Check in was quick and smooth and so was collection and check out.

The real shame was the fact that they have no pest/rodent control in their parking areas and during my cars stay rats got in and caused thousands of pounds of damage.

We used the vip service. I am very happy. Friendly staff on drop-off and pick up. Will use their service again.

Absolutely livid.. returned to pick up my car yesterday morning to see that one of my windows was half way down in the pissing rain! (God knows for how long) And my seat was drenched!! On my way out I mentioned to the guy “one of you have left my window open?” (What I really should of said what was my window doing down in the first place, driving peoples cars are you?) only for his attitude to be aw is it ? And he Opened my door saw my seat was drenched and said “just put your heaters on love”. What poor service. Now I have used my car today & my seat is still drenched & to make it worse my window buttons don’t work due to the amount of rain that has gone inside my car so they are now broke! What poor service to say I’m livid is an understatement. I have two disabled children that rely on that car, I am fuming. Would never ever use them again!😡

I've been a regular at oakwood parking for a few years now and never had any issues. Staff are friendly, bus is always prompt. couldn't recommend enough.

Twice we used these guys august & October with no problems at all drivers very polite & helpful. We barely leave any fuel In our Range Rover just in case using airport parking over the years never had a problem with Oakwood at all
