Been served by Claudia ,she was absolutely brilliant went above and beyond to fix my issue ,couldn't thank her more 🙏.From the moment I've arrived she made me feel welcomed any questions were answered promptly and her attention to detail stood up .costumer service like this makes a huge difference and is the reason I will happily return and recommend O2 if they staff stand out as such ....one person can make the difference.
