Top One International Arvostelua

James was friendly, informative and professional. A great help in confirming that my ordered item would fit my vintage Tag Heuer wristwatch.

They always answer the phone and are very courteous. They ship all orders in a timely manner and returns are no hassle. Their prices and products are great and I’ll continue ordering from them.

Staff were very helpful on the phone, which was answered by a real human!

They graciously accepted a return when I realized I measured incorrectly and ordered the wrong size band.

Ok this company is extraordinary. I bought a tiny purchase-- a 29.99 band. But i wasn't sure if it was going to fit, or how to measure. They texted me, sent me a measuring app, told me to send them a pic of everything, talked me through the process-- and then concluded the band i bought wouldn't work. THEY ISSUED ME A FULL REFUND. I haven't had service like this since I was last in Nordstrums. What a store!

They were on point and they took the time to call me about an overnight delivery. They caught it andI wasn't charged.I will always turn to them.I was Hoi g out of town and didn't need the overnight delivery.Amazing company.

Great customer service

Always professional and kind - it is like having family in the business.

The watch band is amazing. From the craftsmanship, to its lustrous finish, it wears well. When considering the quality and cost, it is an exceptional value !!!

When I ask James a question he went out of his way answer and do what I requested, unfortunately you were out of stock but he did everything he could.
Again thank you. Leon

James took the time to listen to my issue and answer my questions to ensure that I ordered the correct size watch band. Very much appreciated.

James did a great job of following up so that my order was correct.

Easy to find products
Friendly and prompt service
Fair pricing

I mush have transposed a number on my credit card and I called the customer service # and left a message. In less than an hour later I received a call and James from customer service helped me resolve my problem.
Thank You James
Kind regards, Ken Meyer

Ordered band. Very helpful over phone.

Their website did not disclose the shipping costs. I ordered a $20 watch band with a $5 installation tool. The page with the watch band said "Enjoy Free Shipping" above the ADD TO CART button. The checkout page never disclosed the shipping cost. Only after receiving the verification email did I learn they added $12.95 for shipping. I have called their number (just an answering machine) & emailed them to cancel the order. I finally spoke with them on the phone. The guy insisted the shipping charge is disclosed on their website, but I emailed them screenshots showing it is not disclosed. I told him, "Don't argue with me. Fix your web site. Just look at the screen shots in your email." I am running Firefox 139.0.1 It is possible the shipping charges would appear on another browser. Anyhow the order is canceled.

As someone who is skeptical about ordering things online I will say NYWatchStore Top One International is legit and has excellent customer service. I placed an order and realized I made the wrong purchase. I reached out to them and not only did they assist me in fixing the order but they taught me how to measure watch bands! I will be spending more money with them!

The item I was ordering was not in stock and I needed the watch as a gift. Customer service sent me a link to other watches and checked the stock on my selection so it could be delivered in time. I placed the new order, within minutes I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Very helpful. I would order from here again.

They have good customer service. Any question that you may ask they are willing to answer and ensure they meet customer needs while keeping it professional

Had a bad experience with NY watch store. Ordered a Casio on April 26th, never heard back from them, followed up after nearly a month on May 17th and they replied me back on May 19th saying that model is not currently available and if I wanted a refund. What a joke. Never again shopping with them.
