A bit of a mixed bag.

I love the lace and the hairline, which is pretty much undetectable.

My main concerns are the cap size and the colour.

I have a wig from a different maker in medium cap size, and it fits like a glove. So after checking the sizing, I decided to go for a medium with Nuola as well but it's absolutely massive.

I bought Halle which on the website is a nice cool blonde. My wig, however, is very yellow bleach blonde. Something I rocked as a 14-year-old after a home bleach job. Not very pleasant. It also has some unbleached knots but they're towards the middle so not super visible but even so. The hair also seems a bit on the thin side.

I understand that covid caused some havoc but I can't say I'm 100% impressed. I wish them all the best, though.

Love my new wig!! This is my second wig from Nuolawigs. My first one was amazing and still looks as good as it did when I first got it in 2019. My second wig is even better if that was at all possible, because I got the HD Lace this time, and OMG it looks like it's growing out if my scalp, the hair is so soft and smells amazing when it arrived. I received within the 6-7 week time frame and the if I had any questions I got a reply within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend Nuolawigs they are a small business with big talent. x

Where do I start! Unfortunately, we needed a wig for medical reasons. Living in the U.S., I found that all the wigs look… like… wigs. This was even more depressing. After much research, I found the way Nuolawigs bleaches knots, preplucks the hairline, styles highlights that are fresh out of a high end salon, cute baby hairs -all of it- looks amazing!! Honestly, it’s not even the way it looks but just how beautiful you feel. This is the fourth wig I ordered. The last one was needed for a wedding that was coming up fast. Nuola somehow managed to get it to me and customized it so nice. They didn’t make any promises, but you can tell they care. Their customer service is so sweet and responsive. Highly recommended!!

It is my first order from Nuolawigs and I can say that I am over over the moon with the Jessica unit. The lace, the parting, the sideburns, everything has beyond the natural look and I am really satisfied! Only thing, I waited longer than the 4-7 week period for it. But I understand that the company struggles with staff shortage and that’s the reason for the long wait. Deffinitely I will purchase another one soon.

Sad to say this but feeling scammed my money which I worked extra for afford this wig.
I am suffering with alopecia and just wanted feeling normal in public without someone looking your bald head!
Firstly waited 8 weeks with lately replies and before start my job I was hoping to receive. Tiny deadline I received and totally disappointment. I am not /cant/don't use this wig. Unfortunately totally different wig I received what they showing on Instagram and web site! wig is bigger than my head side, colour is more cold blondish and wig side laces has been cut, even 1 mm no extra laces on sides. which too short and sides wingy even not able to use with glue. and there are many short hair on the cup that when I try to change the hair style is all short hairs standing! Also I am not mentioning root bleached dots at back sides!
I couldn't believe what I received and when I ask them they confirmed that is my order and my head size and side laces may cut! After seen many people negative experiences, probably I received someone's return wig even it is not my size, colour and what they displaying on Instagram please do not believe and waste your money!
When I try to fix my head a large elastic band like pulling and uncomfortable. After buying nuola visited an afro wig shop and their cup quality much better and less price!
Please do not believe online wigs seller what they showing or their sponsors sharing like non benefiters! If you concerning please visit a place/shop where you can see what you will receive where you can try for to use many years instead of insulting surprise.
I had some health and house issue and couldn't write early and instead of waiting they late reply I complaint from Paypal to refund my money back. I will update from here and just I can not believe how people doing this when people really need a wig!

Absolutely stunning hair🤩 Ihave bought expensive wig before but they were nothing conpared to this😊. This is the first time I am buying from Nuola wigs, but it definetely will not be the last. The hairline is amazing and the hair is much thicker than I expected,all the way down to the ends. And the color is exactly what I was hopping for. It came a few days delayed due to covid-19, but was definetely worth the wait! Love it!! 🤩🤩

Update: I did get refunded for the wig. Im dul disappointed bc I really wanted it and waiting 2 months for it.
I'm wondering if this company is fraud. I paid for the wig on June 7th. It's now August 11th and the tracking still says that the label was created but has not shipped. I sent them several emails asking where it is and when it will be sent out. This is so frustrating that there's not even a number to call. I will give it another couple of days and then cancel the order through my bank.

Absolutely amazing! Nobody could tell it was a wig, I got so many compliments. The hair was easier to style than my real hair ever was. I am overjoyed with this wig, I purchased the Pearly wig and I have no regrets. Looks just like my real hair used to. So happy with the results, I am so excited to purchase another.

I received my 2nd unit, Evelyn, yesterday & she is lovely, beyond words! Even better than the first one I purchased a few months back, when my hair loss reached a point where I was no longer able to disguise it. Words can’t explain how much I rely on the quality of Nuola’s beautifully created wigs to go about my day not having to constantly feel aware of my hair loss. If I’d of known that a wig could look this natural and beautiful, I’d of shaved my head and gone this route rather than holding on to my rapidly thinning hair for as long as I did. There have been a few changes made recently, which are the removal of combs at the temple, and a stronger more durable silicone lined strap across the back, which makes the unit more comfortable to wear throughout the day without leaving marks on the front of your head from the combs. Also, the cap construction is much improved, with the nape of the neck having a soft velvety feeling strip along the edge for comfort. The HD lace is absolutely divine, and everyone asks where I got my hair colored, completely unaware that I’m actually wearing a wig. I can’t thank you all enough for how much these wigs have changed my view of my appearance and my confidence over all! I love them so much I’ve already purchased 2 more! 😁

After being diagnosed with brain cancer and owning a business I wanted to look as normal to myself as I could. Nuola wigs definitely did that for me! I have three wigs from them and I will continue to buy from them!

I have just received my 4th Wig ( the Bella Unit ) from Nuola and I’m over the moon with it . The colour , length and lace is perfect. All 4 of my units have been the bella and they have all been perfect except for one ( my 3rd unit ) I felt the lace was not the usual and it was a lot more noticeable than my other wigs. The cap was also quiet small and didn’t sit correctly on my head at all . However as I was so happy with my wigs from Nuola previous to this bad experience I decided to order with them again and I am so so happy with the wig I have received. I’ve been wearing wigs now for 5/6 years and Nuola is definitely the best , most beautiful I have come across so far !

Absolutely love my wig from Nuola, it’s comfortable and everyone says it looks so natural. The hair is silky and soft, amazing quality!!

I was in the beginning very excited to order my wig at NuolaWigs. I ordered a luxury full wig with 200% density, pre-cut lace, a side part with highlighted front pieces to frame my face, in ash-blonde balayage Amelia style, with a small wig cap in 24" length for a total price of EUR 1.231,99 + EUR 359,75 custom charges.

I received a standard Amelia wig, no cut lace, no ash blonde, no side part (it came with a middle part), very very thin layered hair, low quality hair that will not last very long and a standard sized wig cap that of course is too big. The wig doesn't look like they advertise their high quality on Instagram! I have photo and proof as evidence.

I called the PayPal customer support and asked to open a case for a refund because this is simply not what I ordered! All my custom wishes that I paid for have been ignored. PayPal has the policy to NOT provide customer protection with custom orders in general!

Of course NuolaWigs knows that PayPal loophole and uses this to sell their cheap China bulk order items without custom changes because the customer loses their case anyways and they can keep the money. It is a pure fraud and scam taktic.

I have reported this fraud today to PayPal and refered to the comments here, it has been happening to several people now, not just me.

I can only highly advise you DO NOT ORDER with this company.

Their customer support is a complete NIGHTMARE. They take 4 days to even read the E-Mails, then they ask for your order number and take another 3 days to answer and they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. As you can see here, several people already said, that they ask the customers to delete their negative experiences and offer then somehting which is against the Trustpilot rules.

I will report their scamming fraud behavior to the police and open a law suit.

If I just had seen the reviews here before my purchase I would have not bought anything.

Please don't make the same mistake as I did!

I ordered the Lara, and it is absolutely stunning! I had read reviews that said the hairline is completely natural-looking, and it's true! I keep looking at it in amazement! I have spent so much money on other wigs that were a lot less expensive but just didn't have a realistic hairline. My Nuola wig was worth the higher price. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have so far purchased 4 wigs from Nuolawigs over the last few years. I was definitely very impressed with the quality from the fist wig I ordered almost 3 years ago especially when the prices were still quite low. Since then the prices have almost doubled but good quality wigs are never cheap, so this is understandable.

The wigs always look amazing when they first arrive but I have to agree with other reviews that heavy shedding is unfortunately an issue, and my wigs never lasted more than 4-6 months.

My latest ordered wig was for my upcoming wedding. It took a while to be made but I received it in time and the hair quality was amazing as always. However, i was quite disappointed with the finishing touches as my middle parting had a lot of unbleached knots which looked quite unnatural. I had to send this back for fixing, but when it was returned I could not see that anything would have been done.

I've been chasing for response and been told that this could not be fixed further other than with temporary solutions such as covering the knots with foundation. Very disappointing.

So overall, I think these can be (or are, if you're lucky) great wigs with very good quality hair, but some quality issues have definitely let me down. Sad to say that I probably will not be risking ordering from Nuolawigs again.

IF you are looking for human hair hair wig that looks NATURAL and feels so Luxurious this is for you! I’ve tried many wigs from many companies and let me tell you just to find a GLUELESS Wig and that could also be glued down is not many out their! The hairline looks like the hair is literally coming out of your scalp! Like what?? 🙌🏼👀😁 I’ve. Never felt so much confidence! And yet received so many compliments , not knowing it was a wig! Instead they would ask who was my hair stylist! 🥰 it’s comfortable And easy to use! Thank you so much nuolawigs! For my amazing wig! !❤️🙏🏻 I finally found the BEST natural human hair wigs that are glueless! Soo excited and beyond ecstatic with my new hair! when I wore it out, will be buying more! My appointment - as a first time wig wearer due to hair loss, I needed someone who was confident with customers and more understanding that I know very little about all this. My hair wasn’t even clipped back properly to allow for full understanding of what the wig would look like. Furthermore, I felt like I was the one having to lead the conversation and she just took a step back. I paid for a 40 min consultation and had to finish in half that time because it just felt so awkward. I actually cried in frustration afterwards because it was a long drive there and I was so excited to feel beautiful, but didn’t feel entirely valued as a customer.

Luckily there was one custom wig which I tried and thought suited me, and she said she would make note of its details. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt after all - maybe I had hyped up this experience in my own mind. Cue just now where I received an email asking if I have a photo reference for it?!

I really don’t know what to do now. The wigs are lovely but it is a lot of money and the company don’t seem completely on it. I gave 3 stars because of the wig quality and the lady I’m email communicating with seems nice. Other than that, not entirely impressed.

Will update when I hear more.

Update 1: now they can’t make that custom wig anymore - so odd…

Update 2: have not replied to my email asking why they aren’t able to make the custom wig - now giving them 2 stars!

I recently received my first custom wig from Nuola. The hairline is brilliant and the colour couldn't be more perfect. What I appreciated most is when it originally arrived the cap was unfortunately too big, however they quickly responded and made me a new cap that fits perfectly at no extra cost. Great customer service and understanding of people suffering with medical hair loss. Thank you Eniola :)
