I have been taking Numind stress and anxiety support now for 6 months and have recently changed to the Stress and anxiety support with added lice bacteria and could not recommend it more, it is very convenient having them delivered on a monthly basis, with all capsules in one small place ready to take with me to work to have with lunch, so much cheaper then buying them seperately and more convenient and timely having them in one sachet as apposed to multiple tubs, would definitely recommend

Certainly seems to have some effects. A couple weeks in (in conjunction with meditation) and I am feeling less jittery/on edge.

So far so good, as it seems to be taking the edge off my anxiety, but it's early days yet, so I'll keep up the good work

A wonderful product that helped me at a difficult time in my life (coming to terms with the loss of my father) and the live bacteria version made me realise the importance of gut health. I have been taking the menopause support for 3 months now and my sleep has improved, which has improved the brain fog. I take it alongside my HRT and I honestly noticed a difference when I didn't have any for a week, so I will continue to take it now and subscription means I won't run out again. I was using NuMind for a few months and found that it did keep my anxiety under control. I didn’t realise that it was helping me at first until it dawned on me that I had felt calmer for a longer period of time than usual.
