I am not joking this is one of the very best supplements out there! It does what it tells you. Helps you to be calm and be more motivated. I don't want to take anything else. When I don't take it, I can instantly feel the difference. I am so grateful for Sam and Will how you guys come up with this!!! Forever grateful!! Amazing, amazing!! <3

I've left it a month before doing a review and I honestly think these are making a difference to my 15 year old daughter. She struggles massively with anxiety and she still does but is a massive amount more chilled out. She still gets cross at herself for no reason but instead of stewing on things for days, she can be back to her happy self in a hour or so.
Basically she appears to be more relaxed and much more reasonable.We are definitely continuing with these.

Been struggling with anxiety for around 20 years, never been depressed with it just racing thoughts, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety and general poor mental health. Been using NuMind for a couple of weeks now and honestly cannot recommend this product enough. I notice my stress levels going up on the days I forget to take them and there is a strong sense of calm on the days I do.

I have been taking Nu Mind for three months and the difference is noticeable, not just for me, my family and friends have noticed that l am more relaxed and l am definitely achieving a better quality night's sleep and wake up feeling positive as opposed to the previous early morning overthinking worrying thoughts. Really neatly packaged, easy to travel with which is convenient. I have suffered with low mood or unusually fluctuating moods while going through perimenopause. I am taking this supplement alongside a low dose of HRT and I do feel better and my mind is more focused. I have always had to manage anxiety throughout my life but feel like it’s escalated recently. Since taking the supplements alongside HRT I do think it’s helped and I feel my old, more confident self returning which allows me to manage any anxious thoughts. I will continue to take it as I do feel it’s been positive so far.

Nu Mind's Stress Support Formula (incl. with the added live bacteria) has been very effective in helping me reduce my internal stress reactions and anxiety.

Nu Mind wellness is claiming an award winning formula of combining minerals and vitamins. I was sceptical but had done my research and had also extensively compared ingredients with other products. After only a couple of days on taking the daily sachet I noticed a significant improvement in my overall wellbeing: I am able to better focus during the day, cut through internal stress responses, stop anxiety spirals and my sleep has improved. Challenging days still happen but I find it much easier to step back, adapt my approach and make a new plan. Overall I feel these essential minerals and vitamins were the last "puzzle piece" on what I needed to feed my brain in addition to other strategies that I am using. In addiiton my immune system has improved and sore throats or colds have not manifested during the autumn months.

This is easily the best multi nutrient and adaptogen supplement out there for people with anxiety. Within a week of taking the supplement I feel calmer and more at peace with myself. It has high quality versions of ingredients such as methylcobalamin for B12 and magnesium glycinate rather than oxide. You will often pay a good amount for any of these in isolation, so the price to have these in an all in one supplement is excellent value. The adaptogens included are all well documented to be effective for stress and anxiety. Best results come from consistent use. Well recommended.

I’ve been taking NuMind vitamins now for several months. Before I started taking them I was suffering badly with anxiety and from that “sense of doom” feeling it can bring.
