Notary failed to include her seal and document was rejected

The notary got a phone call and abruptly ended the session with my husband, and failed to put the notary seal in the designated area on the form. I called the customer service number twice and left a voicemail but no one called back.

I submitted my document anyway, hoping the financial services firm would accept it because of the verification form that ONC provided. But the company rejected it because there was no notary seal.

I filed a complaint with the credit card company to get a refund. Then the "compliance officer" sent me the document with the notary's seal on it.

service was quick, but

service was quick, but a bit chaos, in notary's background, worker is fixing AC, there's loud noise and very minimal communication regarding what we were doing

The notary was rude

The notary was rude. He rushed the process. Hung up while I was in the middle of asking him a question. It was terrible.

Easy to use

Easy to use. Instructions were easy to follow and process. We needed a notary while we were traveling so this was perfect. Will.definitely recommend and use again.
