Jay spent plenty of time going through all the different options available and between us found the right car for me and my needs rather than going for a hard sell for the most expensive.

From day one to completion excellent service, Muj was incredibly helpful and professional, going above and beyond to help me lease my car. He was very attentive and knowledgeable to my questions and always available to sort any queries that I had. Muj and his colleagues spared the time to fine tune all the accessories for me on the car, stereo seating and functions to the way I wanted them.

The initial 2 meetings to purchase the car was good - the handover very poor and as we ran out of time the salesman really didn’t cover the features and as an older customer not good with controls etc he really didn’t cover enough of the features which I am hsving to try and work - after sale poor

The place is clean and tidy. Receptionist staff were so welcoming and polite.
The first time going there was to test drive a specific car I’d been looking for for a while, we were booked with Ven.
He unfortunately didn’t make any effort to “sell” the car or make any conversation even after my partner attempting to have a chat with him. I think he knew we wanted the car so felt he didn’t need to make much effort. If the car wasn’t what we wanted we would have walked out the door…
We were polite throughout and did ask if we could have the car filled up or some mats thrown in as we were purchasing the car outright but they just brushed it off (you don’t ask you don’t get!). When asking the managing these questions we were told he preferred the car in a manual himself, we were buying an automatic, this left us speechless coming from the manager considering we were purchasing the car!
We put our desposit down to hold the car to give us time to sell our other car and we were initially told 3 days for turn around, this meant that we would be paying for and collecting the car on the 31st, they were pushy to make the sale before the end of the month but I managed to agree with the manager on the Friday the 1st. I have a young baby so 3 days to sort my car out was just not possible.
I will say that when I went to collect and pay for the car with my dad, Ven was a little more chatty. But because of the lack of conversation and customer service I wouldn’t go back to them in future.

My 2nd hand EV 6 reg no. LB22 WTK had a nail in the tire. The pressure was showing low on test drive and sales man (Andrew?) said he would get it checked before pick up. On pick up pressure was still showing low and he said the computer had not readjusted it. The next day it was lower and I took it back to service dpt who then told me they had found a nail. I had to wait 4 hours until they could source and install a replacement tire. Not a good start.
I ordered a 3 pin charger for home charing for a wall socket and the delivery was later than I was originally told, so I had to leave for a holiday trip and ask a friend to pick it up for me. When I returned home, this Monday, I spend th box to find it was the wrong charger that had been ordered. Now I am told the charger I originally asked for may not be available until September.
A key reason for me buying a Kia was the promise of excellent and reliable service - which I have not received to date.
