The worst car dealership.
The worst car dealership.
Cannot get through to anyone every single time I call.
The service teams attitude are appalling.
The salesmen are arrogant and do not have any after sales service experience.
Please do not go there.
After buying my car from Honda Chiswick,
It was clear that my car was not thoroughly checked by an engineer as the air conditioning system was not working and the brake pads were worn as I was told by the service advisor.
This is very very poor standards by Honda.
How can you sell a car to somebody when the car has not been checked properly?
I am just so shocked by my experience there.
I will not be purchasing a car from there again.
I went to the Honda in Ruislip and the customer service is very good.

Answering calls saves time and fuel.
Seems you have to drive to every honda in london directly since they do not answer or return calls.
What is the sense of taking messages?
Just like the staff, people have jobs and families. No harm in answering a phone instead of a customer driving to 3 or 4 locations to hear the part is not available.

Good experience in buying a demonstrator
Good experience. Ravi produced the best video presentation of a vehicle that I have ever received which contributed to me purchasing the vehicle. Vehicle was well presented on sale day. Overall a very good experience.

Took my car in for first service to Honda Norton Way in Chiswick. Really poor behaviour from the "service" agent and then Service Manager - rude, aggressive, misogynistic and thoroughly unprofessional. Have escalated to Honda UK and Norton Way Group and hope they will address tthe issues with these very poor representatives of their business.

Hyundai Kona Cable charger is missing, No Mat and wrong spelling in my V5C log book … very poor service. Raised the issue unfortunately I didn’t get a response. I will never buy or recommend to my friends.

Hurried handover
When we went to collect the car we had to wait quite a long time, and the salesman, although friendly, was clearly in a hurry. We only had a quick handover and I subsequently found there were features about the car which I did not understand, and which were not clearly explained in the handbook, which necessitated a return visit for more explanations.

We visited as we were looking to part…
We visited as we were looking to part exchange a car we had bought from them previously. Our last experience in 2020 was excellent, which is why we went back. We had bought our car in cash and had documents to say so, but we were told by the salesman that their records showed we had outstanding finance! We were told this 3 times as he went backwards and forwards to his manager. The tone was very accusatory. Eventually they realised it had been the previous owner, which means they sold us a car that could have been repossessed at any time. Will not be going back. Very sad we had a bad experience.

Quotas Over Quality Service
I wish there would have been more clarity around the final purchase and the need to wire funds. This was my first car buying experience in the UK (coming from the US). Our sales representative was fantastic, but his manager made us feel like a quota to be achieved rather than a customer to be cared for. There has also been a lack of follow up - even when I have reached out with questions - which has been frustrating and has furthered the feeling of being a quota. We were hoping for and expecting more from our first big purchase in the UK.
