Commande expédiée le 2 octobre. Ils annoncent un délai max de 5 jours, et rien n'a été livré le 10 octobre. Les infos de tracking disent seulement que la commande est expédiée. Mon colis est dans la nature sans infos. Suivi de commande médiocre

Falschlieferung
Das bestellte Produkt wurde in falscher Farbe geliefert. Ein Retourenlabel über die Webseite zu generieren war nicht möglich, da weder die Bestellnummer noch die Trackingnummer angenommen wurde. Auf meine Nachrichten gab es keine Reaktion! Lieferung auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt, bin gespannt wie die Sache ausgeht!

Ok so where to start, this is my second pair of northwave snowboard boots, and they are so comfortable, durable and affordable! I recently purchased new boots and bindings. They both fit perfectly to my board!
From ordering to delivery the whole process with Northwave was fantastic and I can only highly recommend Northwave when it comes to snowboard equipment!!

Super Snowboardboots. Passen perfekt, haben super Fersenhalt... Sind meine zweiten von dem Hersteller. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Passen gut in meine Supermatic Bindung.

Poor quality products
Poor quality products. Rotor of the cycling shoe broke down after light use but outside of guarantee term. Never experienced issues with cycling shoes before. For me a sign of poor quality.
Non-responsive non supportive customer service.
Would not recommend.

Die Qualität der Hose insbesondere die Passform hat nicht überzeugt.
Decathlon bekommt das günstiger besser hin.
Für so einen Preis hätte ich eine bessere Qualität erwartet.

Postage
Northwave were very responsive with regard to my query re a replacement shoe fastening mechsnism and the item was reasonably priced. Mu issue was with the cost of postage which seemed extremely high for such a small lightweight item.
