First time i ordered
First time i ordered, didn't got any confirmation mail. Money was transferred(Ideal). After sending an email no response, but checking bankaccount money was transferred back the ext day. Ordered again now paid with Paypal, that went fine for now, received a confirmation right away. Now waiting till goods will arrive. I hope that will go smooth.

Botte de vélo Himalaya
Botte de vélo Himalaya. Botte très confortable mais malheureusement très décevante au niveau de la chaleur. Nous avons acheté deux paires en raison de la membrane de 400g qui selon le descriptif est très performante. La botte est très belle mais sous-performe au froid. Bref nous les avons portés seulement deux fois et avons acheté autre chose.

Great job
Wow! Great experiance, well done guys! As the service as the product is perfect. I ordered saturday night from Budapest, Hungary, by wednesday the boots was delivered. Item as described! This is my second Northwave boot, i had a Legend before, used it for 8 years, loved it! This one, is a Decade Hybrid i hope it would be same good as the former one.

Suivi colis impossible
Pour l’achat aucun problème
Par contre impossible de suivre la commande depuis la france le numéro d’expédition ne donne rien sur les différentes plate forme BRT DHL ect
il manque un suivi précis du colis.
J’ai commandé le 02/01 nous sommes le 11/01 et je ne sais pas où est mon colis!!!
