Wow!
Wow! The cookstove is awesome! It gives off so much more heat than our regular wood stove! It’s very well built! And delivery was quite fast for such a large piece. I’m so happy!

Great customer service before the sale
I had many questions before I purchased this stove. They were prompt and detailed in their answers, and I had not purchased a stove. I finally decided on the 214-3D and it is a beautiful as the pictures. Shipping went smoothly. I was prepared for a 320 lb crate.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service.
I purchased a stove from Northshire, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The stove itself is of exceptional quality and works perfectly in my home. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their outstanding customer service. From the moment I placed my order to the delivery, everything was smooth, professional, and handled with care.
The team was responsive, friendly, and ensured that all my questions were answered promptly. It's rare to find a company that excels in both product quality and customer support, but Northshire has done just that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier home appliances!

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
No customer service if you have issues
Ordering and shipping speed were fine, but the item arrived damaged. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with no response, so the next step is to dispute with my credit card company.
