I tried to interest them in supplying one French door and one wide garden door with side light, but they were very clear they were not interested, stating a minimum order of £15k, even if it was supply only. At least they were swift about stating an absence of interest, hence two stars.

I highly recommend this company. If you're looking for premium windows Norrsken are essential for you to consider. Their products are beautifully designed and exceptionally well made. They are rightly proud of their products and services and work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. They listen and work with you from start to finish, including great aftercare. Our project was complex to design and install and they offered inovative and effective solutions. We are delighted with our windows, money very well spent.

Norrsken stood out from the other window companies that we were considering due to the quality of the product, the depth of information available, responsiveness of the sales team and the ability to have Norrsken handle the install as well as supply the windows. The windows themselves are of the quality promised and while not cheap, represent good value for money. No issues to date (installed about three months ago).
Ours is a deep retrofit project so thermal performance was a key criteria for us.

New build, The doors and windows are fantastic, the lift and slide doors are on another level. The quality is in my opinion the best on the market, beating nordan, rationel and velfac on quality and cost! The customer experience at quote stage wasn't the same as Norrsken, you get a different vibe. The team have been great, such a really good bunch of people, starting with Nick Austin, literally jumped out at us walking around a show in Exeter, such a lovely honest hard working guy, nick worked very hard to get the deal over the line! Credit to him. Petra is great to work with, very thorough, we did have a small hick up with the order due to a typo, but she sorted it. The fitting team which was organised by Debbie, she's proper on it! Very good service, and the fitters, well they are just machines, Incredible effort Giani and his guys! We had a small bit of customer care which was dealt with very quickly, thank you Jackie. And lastly, the man, the man that no-one remembers, who makes all the magic happen, the surveyor!!!! Ed, is nothing short of a scientist, this Man is worth every penny, we had a complex wall of glazing on many elevations, everything fits perfectly, perfect margins, just lovely. if you're starting a project, and have a few companies to choose, these are your guys. We look forward to finishing and living with these beautiful windows.

Excellent Company from start to finish. Every interaction from our first informal chat with Nigel from Sales to Customer Support at the end of the process was flawless. If only every window supplier operated like this! I have used many others over the years on various projects but Norrsken far exceeded all of them. The communication was excellent at each stage, the windows arrived when they said they would, they were installed to perfection by a fantastic team of fitters who really knew there stuff and didn't cut any corners and really went the extra mile. The after sales and follow emails were really appreciated. This company really care about their product and more importantly their customers. How refreshing. It's worth noting also that they provide excellent value for money for such a high quality product. I hope this helps you make a decision for what is probably a large chunk of your budget, especially if like us you are undertaking a Self Build where every penny counts. They are totally worth it.

NORRSKEN PROVIDED ATTENTIVE SERVICE FROM DRAWINGS TO ON-SITE INSTALLATION FOR OUR PROJECT AT NATIONAL TRUST STOURHEAD AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND REPEAT COMMISSION THEM ON FUTURE PROJECTS.

We installed Norrsken triple glazed windows and sliding doors both into a new extension and retrofitted in an older part of the house. They are great quality and easy to use. Norrsken were extremely thorough with the specification and measurement process resulting in a straightforward fitting. The one issue we had on a sliding door level was resolved quickly with the fitting team returning within a few days. This was greatly appreciated as there were no consequent project delays.

I found this company great from the get go - the first meeting and subsequent meetings were exemplary, where options for my projects windows and doors were fully explained. Following placing my order the company kept
intouch to make sure l was aware of progress leading to their fitting.

The quality of the triple glazed, alu-clad windows and doors is superb. They feel so reassuringly solid when opening and closing them and the sealing is good. I opted for a wood stain for the internal finish on the frames, and am so glad I did, as it shows off the beauty of the wood perfectly.

The whole process from order to installation went smoothly. I thoroughly recommend Norrsken.
