Amazing customer service…
I had a faulty strap on my MX 10 watch and emailed to query. Gail was very transparent in explaining that they had some quality issues with a batch of straps and agreed to send a replacement.
It duly arrived with an additional webbing strap and pin tool..
Couldn’t have hoped for better customer service - Well done NITE Watches..

Hi Mark, thank you for the feedback, we got there in the end! sadly, Customs paperwork and shipping seem to change from week to week and is tricky to keep up with but, your watch is back and we are glad your happy with the result.
Service and GTLS replacement
I’ve just got my Nite Icon back from the service department. After a decade of hard use, it needed some attention. It has come back as good as new - crystal replaced, GTLS markers replaced (and now back to full brightness), ready for another decade of reliability. Reasonable cost and timeframe for an overhaul, too. I continue to be really impressed with both the bulletproof watch and efficient company. Thank you.
