Great service & good communication. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with NiSurv for a property survey, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the final report, Jeremy was thorough, detail-oriented, and highly knowledgeable.

One of the standout qualities was the clear and concise communication. Jeremy took the time to explain each aspect of the survey, ensuring I fully understood the findings and their implications. The report provided was comprehensive, with actionable insights that made it easy to address any concerns.

Jeremy was always prompt in responding to my inquiries and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. This made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled building surveyor, I highly recommend NiSurv. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service truly exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service. Incredibly simple booking process. The report provided was detailed and comprehensive and felt that a thorough examination of the property was performed.

Very professional and thorough. No hesitation in recommending for 100% peace of mind.
Thanks from Irene and Lynda

I contacted Jeremy at niSurv about doing a level 2 survey, the survey was done fairly quickly and the next day Jeremy called me to go through what problems he found and what the best solution would be, he then sent on the very detailed 50 page survey which was valuable to me as a first time buyer with very little knowledge, i was able to re-negotiate the asking price by several thousand for work thats needed doing which without the survey i wouldn't have had a clue, i would highly recommend Jeremy at niSurv for your survey.

A superb service from beginning to end. I highly recommend.

Highly efficient and extremely
Comprehensive. I don’t think I have ever had a 50 page report. Very detailed.

Fantastic experience! I used Jeremy at NiSurv for a property that unfortunately fell through. Jeremy sorted us out a second time for a survey on a new property and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received. Quick and prompt responses and you can tell he really enjoys the work he does. I’d recommend Jeremy to absolutely anybody. You’ve made a first time buyers house purchase a lot easier and stress free! Thanks again! 5/5!

Jeremy was great from start to finish. Would reccomend and use again!

Very speedy response, personal service with full, understandable explanations of the report

Great service with detailed, very useful report. Jeremy took the time to discuss needs before survey, and also after to elaborate on findings and answer any queries. Would highly recommend.

Jeremy is very attentive, helpful and thorough in his approach from start of the process to the end. Definitely recommended.

Just received excellent service from Jeremy at niSurv. I was very impressed with the ease of which I was able to book the service, pay online and be kept up to date with the process through the online portal. This was a huge plus! The survey was scheduled in a timely manner and once completed the report was ready the next day. Couldn't ask for anything better! Jeremy rang me before uploading the report which I found incredibly helpful. The report itself was detailed and thorough. I would most definitely recommend niSurv to anyone looking for a level 2 homebuyers survey!

Responsive, attentive, polite and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for? Very happy. Would recommend.

Excellent service! Jeremy is very helpful, knowledgeable and keeps you updated with progress and findings. Highly recommend!

Jeremy provided a detailed survey of the property. He phoned and discussed it in detail and provided a top-class service. I couldn't recommend niSurv highly enough.

Great service and a very efficient response to our request. Very pleased and will highly recommend the company.
Appreciated the follow up call following our survey. The system was very easy to navigate to access our report. This was all down to Jeremy - thank you so much.

Jeremy is a dedicated, decent, professional surveyor.
He responded very quickly online and phoned me within minutes. We had everything agreed within an hour - on a Saturday. The report was very comprehensive. I strongly recommend Jeremy Brady for a Level 2 / Home Survey.
