If NFL Shop were a football team, they’d be the Jets offense: lots of promises, zero execution.

I ordered 3 packages of Bills gear. Two made it. The third? Disappeared into the void because the courier dropped it at “ABCD Drive” instead of “S ABCD Drive.” One missing letter. NFL Shop had my correct address the whole time, but somehow managed to fumble it anyway.

Customer service?

Agent 1: “We’ll send a replacement!” (Narrator: they did not.)

Agent 2: Same line, same nothing.

Agent 3: Pretended the case notes didn’t exist.

The courier finally said: “Too late, not our problem.” NFL Shop basically shrugged and told me to chase it down myself. Why am I running side quests for gear I already paid for?

All I wanted was to match jerseys with my toddler and celebrate the Bills. Instead, I’m stuck matching him in disappointment. At this point, even Josh Allen couldn’t throw me that missing package.

Save yourself the headache. Shop literally anywhere else.

Ordered the same item 3 times - first time it was lost, second time wrong team, then they wanted me to pay to send it back. Seriously. Still waiting on a replacement. Customer support chat is worthless, I finally called. That wasn't much better. Stuff isn't well made. My advice - look elsewhere.

Horrible company! No exchange options. In order to send something back you have to pay $9.99 or you have to get a gift card. If it says that it’s not very obvious. I am so furious with this company and customer service is horrible! Asked for a supervisor in the US and of course it didn’t happen. Not using them ever again

Company is deceptive about shipping times. Ordered a jersey 2 weeks before a game and the jersey wasn't delivered till almost a month after I placed the order. Shipping time said 3-7 days but order wasn't placed on their part for almost 2 weeks. Then when I called about the problem, I was promised a credit for 25% of my order. Credit never came. When I called asking about it again, they said they wouldn't give me credit. Should be illegal what they are doing.

Took several weeks to ship and still does not have it now takes another 5- 7 business days to even get shipping information pretty bad wished I looked up views before buying.

This is the worst site ever! I ordered a polo for a birthday surprise birthday gift. I was guaranteed a delivery only to get a cancellation 7 days later for out of stock! No reason in the cancellation email, I had to call & gear the resin. DO NOT BUY from them!!!

Website clearly says 90 day returns. However, once you read the entire return policy it states that any item that says in small print "Ships directly from manufacturer" or "Ships from partner" only has a return window of THIRTY days! When an item is a gift, it's very difficult to hit that time frame! And no exceptions. Will never order from this company again. Sizing sucks and the return policy is very deceptive.

I just received my personalized 49ers jersey and it’s very disappointing. It looks cheaply made. The name on the back is super small looks like it was just ironed on. I’m a curvy girl and got the xxl in womens. I tried it on and it’s pretty snug. Sucks I can’t return this items since it was custom.

Ordered a Jersey took 32 days says delivered but not received item impossible to get hold of this company do not buy u will regret its seems as if been scamed

I ordered NFL jerseys, they don't deliver, i cancel my first order because it was taking a year, I ordered around November 2024, when i cancel they gave me gift card, I ordered again same thing happened, I think in South Africa they don't have delivery team, their order stuck on waiting for pickup, when you complain they tell you that you must cancel your order is lost🚮🚮🚮 I think they scam people, since last year am still waiting for my order, and my money keeps on getting small and small

Do not order from this site. They take your money, draw interest on the funds, wait a few weeks and then state the return has been processed and you will receive a refund in 10 days. They are a fraud and have no intention of shipping any merchandise!

I ordered a hat, paid $44 and some change, and received two cans of baby formula. I contacted customer service; they apologized and said they would fix it and send me a return slip. However, all the emails sent would not open. I tried to log in to the website, but it said my credentials were incorrect. I tried to reset my password, but that email would not open either. I am currently working to resolve this issue. All this makes this website appear dishonest.

I ordered 4 shirts with an expected delivery of 3 to 7 days. Received tracking info saying expected delivery by 7pm on 13th. Did not arrive. Tracking info updated to arrive by 7pm on 17th. Package did not arrive. Tracking info updated to expected delivery between 17th and 21st. Received email stating your package has arrived. I am home nothing arrived. Contact customer service, they say I have to wait until the 21st to either re-order or request a refund. No care in the world for the customer. This was a bday present so no present received. I guess it's my fault for not ordering it a couple months in advance. They won't get my business again.

We bought a shirt and a hoodie! the quality of the clothes was terrible it was a very cheap and bad quality fabric and we paid around 200 dollars for both of them! And it took ages to arrive. We are in the process of returning them I hope they give me back my money!! I will never buy again in NFL store.

Buyers beware My wife ordered me a eagle's hoodie waited a couple weeks than received it paid 95.00 for a piece of crap cheap dollar store hoodie it has static u can't even wear it and the size is not right then they charge u 10 dollars to ship it back we should have read their reviews one star is too much

My order was placed on december 17 2024. it was guaranteed to arrive before christmas. it did not arrive before christmas. many of my items were not in the order either. i have attempted contact numerous times to no avail. ive been scammed by nfl shop . com never buy from here. go buy from a local vendor and sdave yourself the trouble.

I ordered a sweatshirt immediately after the eagles won the Super Bowl. It finally arrived on 2/20/2025. 4 days after they said it would. That’s Not the issue. The quality of the sweatshirt is!! I got it and put it on. Went outside (snowing). Came in and noticed that it was leaking black dye onto my pants and floor. The sweatshirt is black and there nothing else black on my body nor did I have any interactions with the color black. I dabbed the sweatshirt and noticed the dye wasn’t Cured?? That’s ridiculous for a sweatshirt that costs $80!!
It’s sad to know that the NFL endorsed this company for this type of poor quality product (s).
Purchased previous products from this company (hat—EAGLES and t-shirt NFC CHAMPION). Hopefully they aren’t like this sweatshirt!! Extremely poor quality especially for the price

Whoever runs this operation needs to be fired asap. I ordered my items immediately after the Superbowl ended(4 items), they are all still being delivered separately! God forbid I wanted to attend the Eagles parade with my new merch? It is Feb. 17th and the 3rd item is being delivered today. Smh

Throw the whole site in the trash! I'll never buy from here again.

I have spoken to multiple agents regarding the issue of my order. I paid $154.8 originally for the item. Unfortunately, it was too large so I had to return it to get a more appropriate size. Therefore, I was refunded 6.99 for shipping. Also, I had to pay UPS to print out the label. On the website it says that choosing the method for gift card is free, yet I was still charged by UPS to get a label to ship it out. So, I contacted an agent at nflshop and they said they would compensate me with $10.95. Yet, when I got my gift card, it was for a sum of 136.86. They had taken my compensation out of my original refund. That is not how compensations work. I should be getting my original refund plus $10
95. should I should have gotten my full refund of $154.8 through gift card, plus the additional $10.95 through PayPal. Instead, they deducted my compensation (which is supposed to be in addition to) out if my giftcard balance. I spoke to a customer representative today regarding this issue. They told me that agents are not able to offer compensation in addition to the original refund. Therefore, I have been told the wrong words by previous agents. I am upset and would like to speak to manager or someone who can resolve this issue. Compensation and refunds should be separate matters. Taking compensation out of refunds defeats the purpose of compensation.

Thank you for replying to my review. However, as I mentioned the $10.95 was taken from my refund that I was supposed to get for returning the jersey. It was NOT given on top of the original $154.8 that I was supposed to receive, hence why I am complaining as the previous agents were not able to see that I was supposed to receive $10.95 (per representative of nflshop) in addition to the $154.8. Therefore, my complaints have NOT been resolved and I would still like to speak to a manager. Also, UPS charged me for printing out the label.

I will look forward the email. Again, to clarify I did receive all of the original refund. But i was told that I would receive compensation of $10.95 in addition to the original refund. Therefore, i should be receiving $154.80 + $10.95.
Again, refunds and compensations are not the same thing and should not be included as so.
