I would give them a zero if I could. I have spent a lot of money, I'm talking a couple grand, on items from this company. I have only ever returned 2 items from all those purchases. I asked specifically for them to be place back onto my bank card that I ordered the items from. They put both items on a gift card. They refuse to fix the problem. I have spoke to at least 3 different people. Also, the 2 items i returned, were from the same original order. They were sent back, TOGETHER, in the same box, at the same time, from the same UPS store. However, it took a few days for 1 return and over a week and a half for the other to be returned. Both to gift cards. Now they refuse to fix the problem even though it is their fault. They told me it is an issue with the bank. I will never spend money at this company EVER AGAIN. Gift cards can be cancelled out. The money COULD BE credited to my bank account. They refuse to make THEIR WRONG, RIGHT. Customer service was NO help. I ask to have a number for a higher up, they gave the number to me and then ended the chat. They said nothing else in the chat, just ended it. Thats fine. I'll make sure people know how shady their practices are and how unhelpful their staff are. This return is over $80, from an order that was almost $350. I'll make sure that everyone I know, does not buy from them, especiallysince this is how they treat customers who have purchased so many different items from them. I will also contact the BBB and my lawyer. Save your money, your time, and most importantly, your sanity. Buy from your teams local shop if you must. Just don't deal with these people. Also, by the looks of it, this seems to be a problem with multiple people who have posted reviews on many different review sites. This isn't just one bad experience with one bad review. Overall, not a company worth my money.

If I could give them zero stars, I would order a jersey on November 29 paid an extra $10 to get it in three days and we are on December 9and I have not received nothing tried to reach customer service and the delivery service, which is a joke. Please do not order from this company.

I’ve never experienced customer service this frustrating. I had to reach out five different times just to get a basic issue addressed. One of those times, I was told a manager would call me back that call never happened.

It shouldn’t take this much effort to get help, and the lack of follow-through was extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. I truly hope they improve their communication and accountability, but this was unacceptable.

Ordered a jersey on the 11th of September expecting it to take a little while to come as it said it would arrive mid October… it’s currently December 8th and not even been shipped yet. Horrible wit updates aswell creating false hope by saying every couple weeks it will be sent on a new date which it never is so now the are just wasting my time by making me prepare for false dates

I ordered a Dallas Cowboys cap supposedly in stock, was excessively delayed, never arrived, got no updates. It looks like they had none but gave me a fake date. This is the worst experience I've ever had with ordering online. Pitiful customer service as well. Don't see how they stay in business.

I absolutely will never order from this website again! I was excited to order my jersey on a Sunday and received an email that it would be delivered on tuesday. I got an email and also a text confirmation that my package had arrived. To my horror, it wasn't. There is no number for customer service only through chat and then they say to wait 72 hours to see if it shows up because the shipping company or delivery company they use sometimes marks deliveries delivered and they are not. I was offered a 10% discount for my next order and I adamantly inform the representative through the chat that I would never order from this company ever again. There is nothing that would ever entice me to order. I will stick with fanatics.

Truly a terrible experience. I order two jerseys and 5 days later they went on sale. They will not honor the new price!!! Awful customer service! Do not use this service.

This has to be the worst ran company I e ever dealt with. Zero support around anything. Do not order from this site! You most likely will never get your items.

They advertise discounted free shipping and you don’t get them when you click place order even though it shows on the page before you click to order it then you gotta wait seven days to cancel the card you use so you can get access to your own money

This would be a zero-star delivery if I could do that. I ordered two t-shirts. They allegedly were delivered, but didn't show up. When I told NFLShop the package showed delivered but it was nowhere to be found (our building has a secure delivery system). They told me they give grace to their "carrier partners" and to check back in 3 days if the shirts hadn't been received. After three days, I contacted NFLShop again and they placed a reorder. Guess what--that reorder also showed delivered and it wasn't. I pitched enough of a fit that I got an immediate credit. (Several days after that, BTW, neither shipment has materialized.) The CSR who gave me the credit did offer to give me a 20% off coupon too. I declined--why would I ever order from this outfit again?

I ordered a CUSTOM JERSEY! I PAID $191 for it! They advertise only $165. BUYER BEWARE! Then THEY THEY CANCELED MY ORDER! I EVEN WROTE THEM A LETTER THEY IGNORED! WHY THE HELL DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM JERSEYS THEN LIE AND DONT MAKE CUSTOM JERSEYS! ITS FAKE!

Terrible company, I ordered 3 jerseys, they keep saying they shipped them but the delivery company have not received them, I’ve contacted customer service and basically just get told to wait for them to arrive, which they won’t, feel totally scammed by them, the jerseys were very expensive and I’ve received nothing and they had the audacity to send me a coupon for 20% off my next purchase, like I’m going to order anything else from them, avoid this company or you will regret it, the nfl needs to look into how they operate, I’m absolutely disgusted by this company and want to warn people about them so nobody else gets scammed out of a lot of money by these people.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Falcons jacket for my grandsons birthday and I called because I received nothing. I searched through my emails and I found an email sent the exact same time that they sent one for the purchase order. I called and spoke with someone who assured me that they took nothing out of my account which I had already checked and yes it was taken out so I was basically called a liar. So, I am now waiting for the bank to dispute the charges because they never sent anything and they did take the money and they told me that the verification didn’t go through but they were able to take my money out? What’s really going on with this company??? This is happening to way too many people!!!

I would give this business 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a Salute to Service Jersey for my Veteran Husband’s birthday. Ordered it with plenty of time before his birthday party. Received my order confirmation and showed the pending NFL charge. Cool! Anyway, the day it was supposed to arrive and did not, went to confirmation email and clicked track order to find out my order was cancelled. Search email for anything from NFL shop/Fanatics to see if I missed something. In my spam I located the order cancellation minutes after order was placed. Called Customer Service number provided. Spoke with a gentleman who “needed to confirm my purchase” anyway after reviewing info with me, apparently the billing and different shipping address was a red flag!? Anyway, got that straight and was told that he could not place order, I had to go back into the app and replace the order, but it should be fine this time. Anyway, get the order after said birthday, only to see my husbands eyes sparkle at his new gift was open. Then my horror when he tried it on and realized the v-neck collar was off centered. Not a little off centered but pointing at his left nipple, off center! Called and was unsuccessful getting anyone on the phone, used the chat feature online. Requested to exchange, although skeptical that I will get one of better quality, was told no exchanges could return, receive refund, and reorder….WTF! Really, over $200 for a Jersey with shoddy craftsmanship made in Guatemala. I would have done better buying a $50 bootleg jersey from China than the absolute crap I received! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They refused to give me a refund on a $240 dollar purchase. I’m actually convinced it’s a scam. I hate them!

It seems like companies who provide a niche service such as this just dont care about their customers. They will end up making a profit anyway, so why invest the time on making us happy.
For example, I ordered a Steelers full zip hooded jacket, "at a discount", from the website. When it arrived it was too big. No problem, I'll just return it for a full refund and get a smaller one, right? Wrong. Even though I met all requirements and returned it basically within hours of receiving it, I was only given $54.41 of my $76.39 purchase. So, because I ended up purchasing another jacket before I was aware of this scheme, I ended up paying $98.37 for an item that was supposed to be significantly discounted.
In addition, the quality of the jacket was sub-par. It was thin and looked like the emblem on the back would wear after one or two washings. NEVER AGAIN!

They are a retail shop that does not offer exchanges. So if something doesn't fit, you return it and they charge you shipping. For an exchange because they can't process one. Then to buy it in a different size you will not get the same discount. I will give my business to Rallys or Fanatics websites.

My order was canceled and they said it was because the item was out of atock.The website and customer service representative said it wasnt out of stock. They said it was refunded to a bank Institution and couldn't tell me what bank. The money came from a card that you can't put money on. They showed me a receipt for the refund with no card number, no bank, or anything except the refund amount. These people canceled my order and refunded the money to themselves.
