I've done 3 courses through here. They are very supportive and helpful, the courses are knowledgeable for each course. You have the option to save the course work on your computer/mobile or even print off, same as your certificate once you've passed or you can pay a small amount to have it sent out. Their courses are at competitive prices and gives discounts once you've passed your 1st course.

I have recently completed the Gel Polish Course and Hard Gel Course. I found the courses very informative and easy to follow. The video tutorials help you to learn step-by-step and tutor support is always on hand if help or advice is needed. I am currently in the process of setting up my home salon room. These courses have given me the knowledge, qualifications and confidence to start up my own business.

I could not be happier with Next Step beauty! After many months of deciding on a training provider I chose Next Step an have not regretted it. They are so friendly supportive an the courses are so detailed! Everything you need to set you up technically but also mentally with there hints and tips. My confidence has grown so much!

I am part way through my nail technician course as I do this along side being a mummy to 2 boys and having a full time job, it fits in perfectly.

I sure about online training, but I kept coming back to this website and felt I had to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with y experience. Victoria was very thorough with her teaching and always there to help guide you if needed. There is also a support group. It was one of the best decisions I made. The bonus is you can do the training in your own environment and at your own time. If your thinking of doing online training then go for it. I highly recommend.

My tutor is better than yours🤪Victoria Arpels💖 I highly recommend Next step beauty they are absolutely amazing! all the tutors are lovely and you have fun whilst learning and also making new friends which is a bonus learning together. The courses are very well detailed but if for any reason you get stuck they are only a message away and respond very quickly. They offer a range of courses and are adding to it regular. You can buy training products with them too which is great for when you first start out so you know all the things you will need for future. They also have support groups which is also great and are always there to support all of there students. I have qualified recently in gel polish and manicure still have few more to go but after i have completed all my nail courses i will be purchasing more courses. They are very affordable too and always have deals going on 💖💅🏻

Always get help from my tutor Victoria whenever I need help! The beauty industry Facebook group is great! I’ve qualified in gel polish and so many more great courses I’m hopefully going to be qualified in! Can’t wait for the rest of the courses

I am currently doing the ultimate nail course which covers all nail techniques (gel nails, acrylic, fibreglass etc.). The courses have step by step videos and pdf documents giving you all the information and you need to build up your skills and confidence. You can do each course in your own time without any deadlines. Once each course is completed and passed, you can download your certificates from the online learning portal.

I have used Next Step Beauty for several online courses and would definitely use them again. Their demonstration videos are professional, informative, clear and easy to follow. The multiple choice questions are straightforward and the e-books give all the information needed. As soon as I made payment everything I needed was in my training portal ready for me to get started. Brilliant courses!!

I decided to do this course to help me using my E-file. I wanted to ensure that I could use my E-file effectively without risk of damage to the nails. The course materials were clear and easy to follow and I was able to quickly build my confidence with the E-file. I am delighted to have passed the course and receive my certificate.

Really great courses, very informative. Can reach a member of the team quickly by their Facebook messenger and you get very prompt replies with great support.
Nothing is ever too much hassle for them, I thoroughly enjoyed all the courses I have done (manicure, acrylic, gel) and have passed all of them :)

Next step is a amazing online platform which has enabled me to go further and get actual qualifications. Everything is in one place and the quality of videos are amazing and the tutor support has helped me through many questions with helpful answers!

Absolutely horrible. I booked onto the Full Nail technician course pre lockdown, I was contacted just before lockdown that the course would have to be cancelled due to lack of staff and that I would be contacted again to reschedule.
Lockdown came into effect and understandable all Business were to be closed as stated by the government.
After lockdown I tried several times to rebook onto this course at the Kings cross branch, just a few days before the course I would get an email to say the course has been cancelled. I did this a few times and each time the same thing happened and the course was cancelled, not good especially if you have to book leave to attend these classes.
I called and sent Next step beauty emails requesting a refund as it had been 2years and I still hadn’t been able to book onto this course.
Since then they have tried to persuade me to join their online class which is not suitable for me as I learn best in a classroom environment.
I choose to attend the classroom classes because all the equipment was provided for you while you trained with NSB. However, with the online classes there are no materials provided yet the course is still the same price and considered “an upgrade”
Today the company emailed me stating that because I have accessed the online portal (without completing any courses) and signed the terms and agreement they will not issue me a refund.
Why must I be bullied into completing an online course when my learning boundaries do not allow me to do so?
Next step beauty are not able to offer the course I paid for and for the past 2years have cancelled my course several times.
Stay away from this company, I am truly disappointed and out of pocket for a qualification I will never get.

The training with Next Step Beauty has been really great. I was a little apprehensive at first about my courses being all online based as I have always done any training in a classroom, but now I have completed 3 courses I can definitely recommend this to others, and already have done! I understand there are classroom options available too. Any queries I have are responded to via email quickly and there is also a phone number you can use if you need to speak to someone. The training is thorough and I felt confident at the end of it to carry out the new procedures, and my Clients have all been very happy with their treatments. Would definitely recommend and I will be looking to book some more training with Next Step in the future.

I was impressed with the gel polish course I recently completed which covered both theory and practical. The Facebook group is very supportive and there is always someone willing to help and advise. I would definitely recommend this course.

This is an absolutely fabulous course and i cant praise it enough the tutor is awesome and gets back to you really quickly if you need help or guidance. I would 100% recommend this if your thinking of doing beauty course as its exceptional value and an amazing learning experience. Im enjoying every minute and will definitely be enrolling on more courses in the future.

I completed the waxing courses pretty quickly and easily, the courses are well constructed and easy to follow. Would definitely train through them again.

Great wee course I done on nails. Needed alot of support and guidance as first time starting out on doing nails. I done it from home online and I got reassured and supported really well. Everyone who supported me was happy to help me. I definitely recommend the course to others :)
