Purchased the nail tech course, there’s a lot to learn & I am slowly working my way through I can learn at my own pace & time & this fits in with my current job & kids etc.
The videos are full of information, I have learnt so much already. There is always someone to help if needed. So far I am very pleased & would recommend. I would definitely treat myself to another course once I have completed this one.

The customer service is amazing. The courses are brilliant and easy to follow. Victoria is always there when you need her.

I Took the NSBi Microneedling course .I was definitely not disappointed ,its more than worth the money .
The info and coarse work involved is very indepth and informative ,the video's are brilliant again very informative ,give an exellent view and detail throughout the film.The way the process of the coarse is set out is brilliant you have to work through each stage befor being able to move on to the next ,its great you can do at your own time .I found their online coarses work for me as I can fit them in between my work instead of having to take time off to attend coarses .I believe you get a better indepth training this way .100% recommend it.

Modules are so easy to follow. Assessments are quick to get back, help Is always on hand if you need it and you are able to connect with a large group of students going through the same process.

Really enjoyed the gel nail course,the video tutorials make it very straightforward and clear.theres alot of detail given and if ive needed support from my tutor its been very easy to speak to her and have my questions answered.i love that i get as much time as i need as i dont have much free time!!

Absolutely amazing company!

It is very straightforward to follow and ideal as I'm a full-time mum, and I could fit the courses and practise in around nap time and bed times. I will definitely be using them again in the near future to get some more skills under my belt!

Would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to learn from home.

I booked the ultimate beauty course, was something like 10 treatments. Long intensive days training, models and equipment provided. Paid the money, apparently they didn’t have enough trainees to warrant running the course the following month, so I’m put back to the next one.. heard nothing.. I chased them - same situation. This went on for months. Then I was offered to do it online, with my own models for a cheaper reduced price as they didn’t know when they’d run the course and wouldn’t give me a refund because I had already looked at the written material!!! So what choice did I have? I couldn’t find the vast amount of models I needed. I didn’t have all the equipment. It was a disaster.Paid a lot of money for a course that was never going to happen and I get the feeling this is how they do business!
So, if you want to actually train in something, I’d definitely give these guys a miss!

Like all the negative reviews they scam you over their conditions and terms are horrible. Cannot believe this company still exists. Left them a review on Google too, they have 1.4 out of 5 stars - this speaks for something. Had the same situation like many others. Booked my course way before Pandemic, in September 2019, supposed to have a venue in Bristol in November, cancelled. Then moved to January 2020, cancelled. Then offered a place in Southampton, which for me working part time mum of 2, with husband working full time was just not achievable. I've got 30 minutes to Bristol, 2hrs to Southampton. Then Pandemic hit and all venues have been cancelled. I eventually did the full Nail Technician, but it was only my good will. And what happened when I've ordered the self-practice equipment (I think it was over £400, so not a small amount) they ripped me off some stuff. When requested them, they said they will send when back in stock. Some arrived, but still missing. A total SCAM this company is. Try to AVOID AVOID AVOID as much as you can... Is nearly £1000 worth for a self-practicing online course?? Nahhh, no way, NSB you scammers!!!

Firstly I submitted my gel polish course on Monday night and received my certificate YESTERDAY! Just 3 days later!! And I wasn’t expecting the results back for 2 week!
I then sent them an email, and within 20 minutes I had a reply and my request was sorted.
Shortly after I THEN got a phone call from Jessica who is part of the team at next step Beauty, personally congratulating me on passing the gel course! Fantastic service! Couldn’t fault them!

I have purchased many courses which include bamboo massage, Indian head massage, manicure, eyelash extensions and a few others some I've completed others I have not although there's no stress as to when you complete home study courses, there is alot of in-depth knowledge in these courses to plus you get a choice as to whether you home study online or you have the option to have in class on online classes which I feel is awsome and suites each individual I would highly recommend these courses.

A fun course to complete. Learnt some great tips. Highly recommend if you wanted to please your clients.

These courses are fantastic really in-depth and Victoria and her team are beyond helpful with any questions or information you need. Nightly recommend.

I've signed up to do several courses with Next Step Beauty and I've passed my Pedicure, Manicure, Gel Polish and E-File courses so far. The course content is really easy to follow, even for beginners and there are a mixture of written resources and videos to help you learn. The support with Next Step is phenomenal and the courses are all insurable and accredited. I'm looking forward to a new career in beauty thanks to Next Step, highly recommend this learning provider.

I have just completed my biab course with next step beauty, which was great as always. This was my 3rd course I have enrolled on with them. I find the whole training system so easy to use and think the set up is fantastic. Plenty if information, training manuals and videos to follow and watch. I always have a quick response if I've had any questions or issues and find them very helpful. I have already enrolled on my next 2 courses with them!

Amazing from start to finish, I felt supported throughout the whole course and if I needed anything, they went above and beyond.

I qualified as a nail technician course in 2014, but been out of practise for a few years, I was looking for a course to refresh my skills but didn't want to be paying for a course Ive already done. I was told about Next step Beauty from a friend who recommended the company and I found the FREE manicure course, so I applied and I wanted to complete a pedicure course too.
I was very happy at the prices of the courses, easy payment plans if needed.
I found the course very easy to follow and was happy to learn at home in my own time, as I have a toddler and I'm currently pregnant with my second, so I found this suited me perfectly.
The Course is professional and full of helpful information for you to be successful in the beauty business.

Need any help, send a email, they are quick at replying. I was really happy once I passed the course and would highly recommend these If you are happy to learn at home and to improve your skills and knowledge.
I am looking to completing more courses in the future and decided it will be better for me to continue with this company rather than going back to college,( I'm 34 and would feel old going to college too)
I can work around my home life and it would be easier for me to find models( family and friends) to come to my home.

I done this course not to long ago with this company and found it to be really good. You get so much information with the Ebooks for you to down load and read, The test papers which you must pass before you can move on to doing the facial and submitting your photos for assessment, You can also watch videos showing you step by step how to carry out any of the treatments your a training in, The videos are at very good angles so you can really see how to do the treatment. If you are stuck and need any help the whole staff/tutors are amazing and will help you. I have found them to be so kind and friendly which is great and just what is needed when you are learning.

This is the only company i would use to do my training, I plan on doing so many other courses with them.

I really enjoyed my online Gel polish nail art course it was excellent and fun todo.
My tutor and her team were really supportive and the videos and course materials are excellent .
I really feel confident about doing Gel nail art and I have just signed up to do more courses.

What a wonderful little course. Very informative,easy to follow video tutorials, all you need to point you in the right direction to create your own masterpieces. Highly recommended

I did the course on line in view of the pandemic. Victoria gave the course with ease and a lot of experience. She was thorough in reviewing my examples of using nail gel, tips etc. and requested further proof when they were not 100% as the high standards required had not been met. Highly recommended.
