I had recently upgraded my sim desktop computer and Wheel/Pedal assembly and felt it was a good time to upgrade my 23 year old racing cockpit.

Prior to purchase, I had a number of questions as to NLR's F-GT cockpit and was fortunate to have NLR Customer Service Representative Alec who was patient and thorough in answering my multiple queries and follow-up questions.

Good to know NLR strives to make customer service a priority.

Ordering process was simple, shipped and arrived on time. Packaging was sturdy, and everything was in the box. I had noticed a couple nuts had fallen off some bolts that were already in place, but a quick search of the box located them.
I had already watched the building tutorial before it arrived, so following the manual was simple and straight forward.
I don't have anything to compare the stand to, except my makeshift setup, but so far it has been excellent. Sturdy, fits my space, and makes driving with the wheel much better. I even bought a shifter to take advantage of the shifter platform. No more paddles for me!

I received my order with a minor defect. I reached out to customer support, while they did take longer than i wouldve liked to resolve the issue, they sent me a replacement seat. Good service overall!

next level was amazing to deal with. the shipping company lost my package the next level boing commercial sim pit and next level shipped replacement very fast and emailed me daily checking on me and my order. the lost sim pit finally arrived later and i shipped back to them the product is built like a tank and so pleased with my purchase

I bought a GTLite Pro from NLR and unfortunately after unboxing I realized it was too big for my setup, and Dylan Cooper made the return process flawless! I'd recommend reading the return policy incase you aren't sure if something will work/fit in your setup, there is a repackaging fee if you've opened the package, but other than that my experience with nextlevelracing was great!

Would do 6 stars if i could. everything went flawlessly and it was by FAR. like REALLY FAR the best customer service team i’ve ever interacted with. the only downside was the time zone barrier but that just happens and it wasn’t a huge inconvenience and there’s nothing anyone could really do about it. but great team and very friendly and helpful through the entire process regardless of your need.

Bought a NLR wheel stand 2.0 from Pagnian Imports and its super sturdy for what it is. Handles my Moza R12 v2 and BJ Sim Racing pedals with minimal flex

Quality control and their products suck. My flight sim arrived scratched, dented, and already rusted. Customer service refuses to replace the damaged parts. I would give them 0 out of 5.

Best place to come for anything sim racing. So many setups to test and very knowledgeable staff. Hok is a top bloke

I bought a HF8 Pro, which broke down. When the device is turned on, it goes to full blast. This is a know design issue. I have yet to receive a response to a ticket I filed in july. NLR does not respond. Tried Discord, TikTok, mail, every thing. No answer. And there are multiple people in discord complaining. Always hyping up their new products, but the support is below par.

Update 7th october 2026:
So Next Level Racing reached out on the 21st of september. Said this should not have happened, and promised to send a replacement unit. And then it went silent again after responding to their email.
