Bought by mistake instead of my usual brand. Certainly chewie, but no hint of any cinnamon, and very few raisons. Would never buy these again. I wouldn't pick them up if they were free.
They have cheapened their recipes all in the name of coat cutting. Not enough cinnamon or raisins anymore. I will be switching brands
I had never tried this product until recently but Waitrose had them on offer and I bought two packs. A massive mistake. The most disgusting product. Dry yet doughy. Generally a texture resembling a stogie badly made dumpling. Never again.
The 1 star is purely for the company's complete disinterest and total lack of response. I have been buying bagels form this company regulary for some years and while I accept there can be the odd misshaped bagel and not totally consistent product recently I had some in a packet that were a lot lot smaller than acceptable, could have easily been in a bagel thins pack. The company have a process to report this on their website but 2 messages were complete ignored, hence this review.
UPDATE - since the review I have received a letter and all is now good but don't quite understand why it took this long to respond and if it was the review that prompted the communication?
