ZERO STARS
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT buy from this company under any circumstances.
They sold me products they apparently didn’t even have in stock, then made me wait nearly 3 months with zero communication. They ignored every single email I sent - complete radio silence. Then, months later, they suddenly reappeared, but only because they wanted money: a surprise $30 shipping fee that was never mentioned at checkout, even though I entered my international address when ordering. And to top it off, they’re essentially holding my paid order hostage - “pay the shipping or we won’t send your products.”
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No replies, no updates, no accountability - they only show up when they need a payment. This is the kind of amateur operation you’d expect from a company that should not be taken seriously, and that’s exactly what they are.
We ordered samples because our company was planning a bulk purchase. Needless to say, that will never happen now. Save your money, save your time, and most importantly, save your nerves - stay far away from this business.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
To clarify, this was an international order. Prior to shipment, we provided a shipping quotation and communicated the associated international freight charges, which are not always calculable at checkout depending on the destination, carrier availability, and package dimensions.
We understand that international shipping costs can sometimes be unexpected, but these charges were not added after shipment and no payment was requested beyond the quoted transportation cost required to deliver the order.
We also exchanged several communications regarding the order and shipping options. At no point was the order being "held hostage"; rather, we were awaiting approval of the international shipping quote before proceeding with shipment.
We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback. We remain available should you wish to discuss the matter further and find a resolution.
Buyer beware Total scam
Total scam. I placed an order for a lattice cutter that was over $200, about x4 the normal price but it was the right one that was not available anywhere else and I was desperate. After payment was accepted I received an email saying it was on back order. Would occasionally email with no response 1 email they said they would ship it tomorrow never shipped never received item, no phone.

Garbage Company
I ordered a TOPS27 mold on November 11th as a Christmas gift for my wife. It’s now February 6th.
No mold. No update. No communication.
I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I’ve tried to cancel the order. Absolute silence. At this point I’m convinced the product either never existed or has entered witness protection.
This is a garbage company with a garbage customer experience. Taking money is easy — fulfilling an order or responding to customers apparently is not.
If you enjoy throwing money into the void and wondering whether your order is real, this might be the place for you. Everyone else should avoid and save themselves the headache.

This company offers products that do not exist. Takes payment and never sends products. It appears to be an elaborate scam.

They didn’t have the products I ordered and let me know after doing the payment, tried to force me to do double payments for the shipping.

Watch out - this seems to be an elaborate scam
I ordered an item and did not receive it. Several attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. The following statement is from their Contact us website, “ You could also reach is by phone dirong our regular business hours.” the typos are theirs suggesting this is not a legitimate company and also there is no phone number to call.
