Agent at booking / collection desk was very friendly and helpful , The car was good with damage recorded however it would have benefited from a visit to the car wash as the exterior was dirty . The interior was stained on the rear seats and would benefit from a good valet. The collection was simple and straightforward. The vehicle adequate for our needs and drove well. The return was straightforward and quick. All in all I would recommend using New way and I will do so sometime in the future.

1ère expérience de location de voiture à l'étranger et c'est franchement une réussite. Simple et sans prise de tête. Et honnête !! Pas de frais cachés, ne cherche pas à nous faire souscrire une assurance supplémentaire, pas d'empreinte bancaire pour la caution sauf de 145 euros pour le full (si on ramène la voiture vide), mais ça, ça se comprend.
Comprehensif aussi (avion avec 5h de retard) et zéro soucis.
On a pris une skoda 5 portes, petit budget, nettoyage intérieur et extérieur parfait, plein d'essence, bien entretenu.
Retour simple sur des places prévues au parking de l'aéroport. Vérification avec la personne qui est sur place, simple et bienveillant.
Une belle expérience que nous reproduirons sans hésiter!

I booked a car from Dublin Airport, after I landed (giving them flight number ofc) - there was noone there, 30 calls later - no one to pick up, managed to find their desk - person was away, luckily avis (their partners/colleagues were able to sort out ) - tho they even managed to book me a smaller size car on the booking then what i paid for…

Simple and easy online - paid up front.
Staff at desk in Dublin were great - took fuel deposit. Connection to carpark to collect keys was seamless. Will use again.

I made a reservation which I thought I had canceled. The day came and of course I’m a ‘No Show”. This company never sent a reminder email of any kind, not even to say we look forward to seeing you in 2 weeks, for example. I ended up going with another very reputable company with excellent customer service that feels very personal, they actually send an email prior to pickup as a form of touching base which would also serve as a reminder. Beware of a company that puts profits ahead of decency.

Thought these were the business till they showed their true colours. I've learnt my lesson and I will never use these again. Underhanded and deceitful! Just because you have it in your terms doesn't make it right!
Used this company while my own car was off the road. I rented 3 and the last one they done me right over. As I didn't have an exact date when my car would be fixed I had to extend the rental a bit. One the 2nd car they didn't refund my fuel deposit in full. For what reason I've no idea. The last car I was charged 2 fuel deposits and assured I would be reimbursed. The last time I extended I told the rep I might leave it back early as I might not need it for the full time (2 weeks) nothing was said except ok so I thought it would be no problem getting refunded what I didn't use. My car was finally fixed so was able to leave it back with 8 days to spare. Nothing was said to me at the desk. I waited for my refund and I knew it wasn't right when I did get it so chased it up to which i was told they would be unable to issue a refund . I will not be using your company again and will be telling everyone about how sneaky you are as a company. To think I actually recommended you before this. This is how I'm repaid!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre expérience avec Newway, tout a été de qualité et efficace.
La voiture, le service clients, et le retour étaient parfaits. Et on ne m’a pas demandé de carte de débit, contrairement aux autres agences de location.

The car was we feel unroadworthy. Brakes shuttered, engine worked hard. Very thirsty on fuel. Gear shift difficult to work.
It also smelt like someone had vomited in it. It also hadn’t been touched when collected as it had cobwebs all over it.

I recently rented a car from ⁠NewWay Car Hire in Dublin, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I picked up the car in Dublin and dropped it back off at Dublin Airport. From start to finish, the entire process was exceptionally easy and straightforward. Booking the vehicle online, picking it up, and dropping it back off was completely seamless and stress-free.
The vehicle itself was in immaculate condition, spotless, and perfectly clean both inside and out. Another fantastic thing about NewWay is that all insurance costs and everything else are fully included in the price. There were absolutely no hidden fees or unexpected costs at the counter, which gave me complete peace of mind. Additionally, their payment flexibility is a huge bonus. Unlike most other rental companies that strictly require a credit card, I was able to use my Visa debit card for the deposit.
This was honestly the best car rental experience I have ever had. I am super satisfied with their service, and I will definitely use them again for my next trip to Ireland. Highly recommended!!!

I think normally European rental vehicles was expensive and service is not good.
