Martin's approach is an intense but rapid way to get to the root of the problem/s that you are dealing or suffering with. After having some therapy with him, I realised there were still some deep rooted issues that I hadn't fully dealt with.
It was intense and at times painful experience, but well worth it. Because rather than going through weeks, months or years to really deal with 'stuff', you are pushed through pain in an instance, which can feel like a lot to handle - but Martin is there with his reassuring manner to see you through; and when you come out the other side it's truly amazing. It's a really difficult therapy and experience to describe, but if you are considering coming to terms and sorting your mental wellbeing out, this is definitely one to be seriously considered!
