I highly recommend Dentakademi Dental Clinic London. I was welcomed warmly, not treated differently for using a special deal. Doruk, the practice manager, arranged an appointment quickly and supported me throughout my visit.
As someone with severe dental anxiety, I usually cannot stay in a clinic, but Mai Hien was incredibly gentle and patient. She completed a full check-up, arranged a deep X-ray (provided securely by Henna), and explained every detail clearly. She also referred me to another dentist in the practice for further treatment.
This is the first dental clinic where I’ve felt truly cared for. I strongly recommend it, especially for anyone who struggles with dental fear.

Outstanding dental care on Harley Street
I had a dental emergency on Saturday evening when my tooth suddenly broke, and I visited Harley Street Specialist Hospital (HSSH) on Queen Anne Street. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were extremely welcoming, professional, and efficient, even though the hospital was quite busy.
I was treated by Dr. Phung Mai Hien, who was absolutely excellent. She took the time to ask detailed questions and carried out a thorough examination of all my teeth before beginning treatment. Her approach was incredibly gentle, calm, and reassuring, which made the whole experience very comfortable.
The procedure itself was handled with great care and precision, and I experienced no pain or discomfort at all. Within about an hour, my tooth was repaired and honestly felt even better than before.
I’m truly grateful for the professionalism and high standard of care I received. I would highly recommend Harley Street Specialist Hospital, and especially Dr. Phung Mai Hien, to anyone looking for exceptional dental treatment on Harley Street.

The best experience at the dentist
Hien the dental therapist was really amazing from the consultation all the way to the treatment. I had teeth cleaned polished and then had a filling replaced.

From fearful and in pain to relieved and grateful
Anxious patient here! I’m so relieved to have found DentAkademi in London when in need of urgent treatment the other day. Having developed intense dental anxiety over the past decade, with ever-increasing pain and sensitivity, it’s crucial for me to find a dentist who believes me, respects my wishes, and does what they can to ensure relative comfort without compromising quality of care. Thankfully, that’s what I experienced at DentAkademi. My complex procedure was carried out by Dr Baha essentially painlessly, and the team helped me manage anxiety from start to finish. All treatment options were explained to me thoroughly and all my questions addressed. Plenty of check-in throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing ok (I was). Following the procedure (one that can often leave patients in pain for days after), I took only a single dose of paracetamol as a precaution, and didn’t need anything else at all. I cannot emphasise enough how easy the whole process was.
Later I was delighted to learn I could continue with DentAkademi for regular cleanings and general dental care as well. After years of avoiding routine care due to the pain it causes, I now have a plan for ongoing cleanings and care with a dentist and a whole team I can trust. Highly recommended.
