So far, I am pleased with this new bank! I am just a bit annoyed by all the notifications about my balance. Deposits are fine, but I get confused when I get them too often! Other than that, you guys are great!

I called to report charges on my account that were fraudulently made and did the whole disputing the charges for them to say that the charges were all mine and they weren’t going to refund me what pretty much stolen. I asked for the copies of the documents they had or what was given for them to say that I made those charges but they never wanted to email or mail me copies of documents they had to make their decision. They never tried to make the situation better what kind of bank or customer service do they have ? It’s ridiculous and they’re not good to have your money at

Haven't had any concerns since I started with NetSpend. Customer service is always helpful, no problems with NetSpend at all. Finally a company that values it's customers.

Direct deposit arrives 2 days early, texts arrive when either deposits are made or card is used. You're able to speak with a 'live' representative promptly and they are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

My account was stolen for the second time in a year. I had to get a new card. Usually this was no problem as I have a second account and could transfer money from the stolen account to that card until I could activate and use the first card but this time, Netspend had permenantly revoked my "priviledge to transfer money." This was supposedly because of concerns about fraud and security of Netspend. I've had an account with Netspend for over 20 years, and they were more worried about their security than my accounts. So, for days until another netspend card holder told me about virtual accounts, I could not pay bills, access money or buy anything. I tried to start a class action law suite but Bankcorp is to powerful.

Transaction Fees taking half my money, unacceptable and will not be using in the future

My account is locked with no explanation!

Netspend has good customer service and you can load your Netspend card at H-E-B for free.

Nothing went wrong but chime spot u and after getn my check on netspend for over 10 years hasnt been as beneficial as it would be to use another service im just paying atleast 40 n atm fees n a month

I've been with NetSpend ever since my sister told me about all the great features. Maybe 15+ years. I trust them with all my financial needs of a bank! They have never let me down like so many of the big banks chains.

Five star for ease of online account management. Knowledgeable customer service representatives.
My issue is lack of check deposit options. Refunds, gifts, rebates are still given by check which makes my account unusable.

I have been a customer for many years. I love my Netspend card. I have referred several friends to Netspend cards. Any time I have had a problem, the staff helped me correct the situation.

I recommend Netspend to anyone and everyone. It is easier and safer than shopping with cash.

Absolutely horrible! I cannot login my computer at work because you have the website in one category app only not app and desktop.

I have been with Netspend since the 2000s. Doesn't have all those bank fee charges like your regular banks.

They lock my card up nearly every time I try to transfer money out of the account.. and then I've been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to have them unlock it considering it has nearly 9,000 in it...
