Neptune - Winchester Arvostelua 

We were contacted very promptly to arrange delivery after going into our local store to purchase an armchair. Sean and Lea who delivered the chair took away all the packaging and screwed the legs into the chair. They called in advance to make sure there was someone home so that was really helpful to not have to wait for hours for a delivery

Love the table lamps. I have them as bedside lamps and they give a lovely glow when on. Shade is very pretty. I would have liked light bulb with lamp

I have been buying products from Neptune for years, the quality cannot be faulted and my most recent purchase made in person at the Winchester branch. The staff were friendly, I felt unhurried and without pressure.
They helped me find exactly what I wanted and could not have done more. Highly recommended

I bought two padded bar stools. Excellent quality, but a long time from order (early May) to receipt of goods (mid Aug). I was made aware of this, however it is still along time to wait and I had paid in full.

Delivery updates were good once products had been made. However, they came delivered with no protective wrapping of any type and the delivery driver's sweaty hand prints (very hot day) were noticeable on the light fabric.

Lovely to buy some beautiful things, with help of lovely staff, unfortunately one of the items was broken when I got it home, the glass was cracked and a chunk of glass fell out when unwrapped. Rang the store and it will be changed, just slightly disappointed I have to go into the store and they could not send a new one if I sent a photograph of receipt and damaged item, as it is an hours trip.

André and Peter delivered a table and bench. Very courteous and considerate. Quick assembly and helpful recommendations on looking after the furniture.

Staff are a pleasure to deal with and delivery was as promised.

Lovely browsing around showroom , offered assistance, very happy with my purchases, all wrapped lovely so made the journey home safely . Can't wait to return.

Purchased, & are delight with the large foot stool, covered in our chosen fabric.
The only downside was, we had to wait 3 months before delivery.

The team at the Winchester/Alresford store could not have been more helpful. They readily came up with suggestions that made the whole ordering process so much easier (and less stressful!). A real pleasure.
