Neptune - Wimbledon Arvostelua 

Beautiful products, easy & quick delivery and really happy with the way they look in my house. Very happy with all aspects of the service.

Always kept up to date on order. Clear delivery date, times etc Regular updates and very helpful staff.

Very positive experience throughout. Chair I wanted was out of stock, but was back ordered and arrived when expected. Very nice quality chair, comfortable and well made. Staff in the Wimbledon branch, as well as delivery people, were very good.

Our kitchen design experience was amazing and definitely worth the time in the Wimbledon store to talk through with the designer Michael (who has since moved on from the company which is a loss to Neptune in our opinion). He was able to create a really excellent layout with more features than we ever expected possible. Budget was kept keen as well. There were a few niggles given the Neptune installation method is different to what our builders were used to (the kitchen was installed in a newly built extension) but we are very happy with the end product. Quality and craftsmanship are very high throughout. We have since used our vouchers to buy additional products which have all been good quality as well. Delays in delivery on certain items haven’t caused a problem for us.

Order and delivery were smooth and generally within the timeframes they said. The table and chairs (Boscombe) are nice, but disappointed by how "grey" the table frame/chairs are rather than black (the model name). The website description does say it is more of a dark grey, but that's much more visible in person than on the website photos... They should make the website photos clearer. My bigger question is why they didn't just make these in a proper black colour when they have called the model "black"?

Other smaller point is I'd called in to ask if the table had a hole for an umbrella as the frame under looks like it is set up for one. Was told it does, but on delivery it doesn't. I think the table is better as a solid granite slab and without the hole, so not complaining about the design but their staff should be better informed so nobody is left disappointed.

Considering the price paid, am satisfied but not thrilled with my purchase. Would love the Boscombe set so much more if it was actually black! (And if the marble was more black rather than mainly grey)

I was particularly impressed that even though the paint didn’t arrive as early as expected due to Easter- the person on the phone was very helpful and arranged for paint to be picked up from another store instead- so the painting plan could go ahead!! Great service and greatly appreciated- very happy customer!
