Neptune - Tonbridge Arvostelua 

Neptune Kitchen install. I ordered a kitchen with Neptune in Tonbridge in September last year. From the planning through to Installation, the service was faultless. Bill Benson the designer and James Booth and his team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. They were professional at all times and everything was so well organised, it was amazing. I love my new kitchen, thank you to all the team for making such a fantastic experience from start to finish.

We made a call to Neptune in Tonbridge to make an appointment. On that visit we met Tom Servante who took us through design options, ideas and products. We were 'hooked' and have never looked back. We have always felt valued by staff at Tonbridge, the implementation team and final sign off this week by Greg. Exceptional service and a beautiful product. Many thanks to all concerned including the 'behind the scenes team' who built the kitchen.

Picked up some finishing touches (lamp, vase, flowers and candles) for a recently decorated room. Well laid out store with a nice range of stock. We were served by Ellie who was knowledgeable and very helpful! Thank you :-)

We recently purchased a kitchen from Neptune Tonbridge designed by William (Bill) Benson. We are thrilled with our new kitchen - Bills design flair, advice and attention to detail were more than we could have hoped for. On our numerous visits to the Tonbridge store everyone was super friendly and helpful. The installation was seamless - everything exactly to timetable efficient and fast. So thanks also go to James Ollie Chris and Ian. Top job by people on top of their game - Thank you!

We have had our lounge re-designed by Rosie Lester at Neptune in Tonbridge. From the minute we were introduced to Rosie, we knew that she would do a great job! She spent time getting to know us, our likes and dislikes and has gone 'above and beyond' to enable us to have a design that works brilliantly. There is not a day, we do not thank Rosie for doing such a wonderful job. She has managed to combine colour, texture and materials to provide us with a fantastic space. We absolutely love it. To say Rosie did a great job, is an understatement.

A wooden towel rail failed in our Neptune kitchen which was fitted in 2017. Jon at Neptune Tonbridge organized for a new part and a fitter came and replaced the towel rail. Excellent customer service and very professionally executed.

Neptune's service has been second to none! I am always impressed with the warm welcome and the way in which the staff absolutely 'get' their products. I absolutely love visiting the Tonbridge and Canterbury branches.

We have just had a beautifully crafted kitchen installed by the Neptune Tonbridge Store. The whole process has been a delight, from the first design consultation with Tom to working with project manager James, installer Ollie and his brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues were resolved quickly, often before we even knew about them. We now have the kitchen we have been dreaming of for at least 10 years.

The staff at Tonbridge are off the scale helpful. Please may I acknowledge Sophie in your team. I have spoken to her twice in the last month. Once for advice on products and once for stock availability. On the occasion of stock availability, it was something as simple as, for sentimental reasons, I was looking for a matching Porter frames to one I received as a gift for Christmas. Sophie said she would check stocks and call me back. Within 5 minutes she did and offered to put them aside for me, of which I collected the following weekend. She couldn't have been more friendly, efficient and helpful. I have since recommended Neptune to a friend who has mafe three furniture purchases. This is based on the service that Sophie have. She is an asset to Neptune. Hold onto her. And please pass my personal thanks onto her.

We ordered our Chichester kitchen through Neptune, and then several bespoke cabinets afterwards. The customer service has been excellent from start to finish and the end product has been stunning. A particular mention to the designers who helped us to choose the right kitchen for our space, and to the project managers and fitters who were very professional and made installation easy. Looking forward to planning our next room and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune to others.
