Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

I am delighted with my recent purchase at Neptune, Hove. Apart from the beautiful furniture and soft furnishings, I was impressed by the customer service, in particular by the store leader Lucy, who was very helpful in placing and coordinating various orders. Quality furniture and great customer service
We’ve bought quite a few pieces of furniture from Neptune in Hove and love both the quality and the style, The customer service is also excellent. Recently we had a beautiful super-king sized bed delivered up four flights of narrow stairs and it was done with professionalism and good humour by Martin and Lee - thank you again. And many thanks to Toby from the Hove store. We’ll no doubt be back soon.

The delivery team were fantastic
The delivery team were fantastic and very accommodating. They took their time to work out the best way to get 2 very large sofas into a very tight space!
They were patient, respectful and resourceful. Thank you so much to Martin and Lee.The team in Hove kept us well informed on our delivery too, sharing what information they had. Toby did a site visit to ensure the sofas would fit!
