Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. The greeting as soon as you step through the door, by cheery happy staff. The products are impeccable and room sets and styling are inspiring, I wanted to buy everything!
But the personality of it, your made to feel as if that store is solely for you. I was introduced to all the staff is was fab. Unlike any experience I’ve had before where staff really couldn’t give a jot!

A visit to Neptune in Colchester is always worthwhile. The staff are always friendly, informative and helpful. Even if you just want ideas on colour schemes or ideas on placing furniture in you own home they are happy to spend the time to listen.

Wow! What can we say. The first moment we stepped into Neptune we knew we had found the right place to furnish our new home. Meeting with Debbie for the first time was an absolute pleasure. Debbie listened to both our likes and dislikes to come up with the most beautiful design of our new build. Debbie kept us updated and informed of delivery dates on a regular basis. On the day of the delivery the whole team were exceptional. Debbie and Charlene worked tirelessly to transform our house into the most beautiful home. They could not have been more helpful. Debbie is so kind and takes a real interest in your project. Very talented and clearly passionate about her work. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The light I ordered took a long time to arrive but it’s definitely worth the wait it’s beautiful and I love it. There’s a little mark on it which is a bit upsetting but I will be keeping it anyway. It’s a stunning product

Beautiful quality and beautifully packed
I bought three green eucalyptus sprays to sit behind a mirror over Christmas and they were perfect. The foliage looks really natural, great colour, and excellent quality — just what I expect from Neptune.
They were also extremely well packaged and arrived in lovely condition. I’ve ordered from Neptune many times and the quality and attention to detail is always spot on.
Our shop of choice that’s reasonably close to where we live is Colchester — excellent staff —
Highly recommend.
