Neptune - Chester Arvostelua 

I have bought several items from Neptune. Design is good. They are expensive and currently long long waits for certain goods as a lot is made in China.
I find the customer service poor. I had wanted to consider buying a kitchen from them. I visited the local shop in Bridge Trafford several times and failed to get them to engage with me. I was told once that I was shopping too early as the building work was not completed. Other times I would be sent home with a brochure. I couldn’t help wondering whether they had decided I couldn’t afford their stock! Eventually I gave up on them and purchased a kitchen elsewhere spending in excess of £50000 on the kitchen itself.
I continued to look at their items and decided I wanted a dining table. I had decided on a model but whilst looking online realised it was no longer available. I contacted Bridge Trafford …. Who didn’t know it was unavailable. They checked and confirmed this was the case. I asked if I could purchase it ex display and I was told I could but would have to wait until they had something else there. They took all my details. So I waited patiently and about 5 weeks later I telephoned them and was told that someone else had bought it so that I must have been 2nd in the queue … strange as I was the one who told them it was no longer being made. They did tell me there was a similar table in Southport and as I had really wanted it drove an hour there to see it. As ex display there was 20% off reduced to £1270. It was really badly scratched . The assistant suggested I could take it and sand it down myself!!! It didn’t justify the price for such a damaged table. So I am finally done with Neptune … nice design or not … there are plenty of better alternatives, made in the U.K. and with staff who look after their customers better.

Very helpful and friendly staff and a beautiful showroom. Even though I have not bought any large pieces of furniture, I am delighted with all of the items I have purchased.

We ordered our premium product back in early February and when they arrived in the UK we found out that the foam inside was not to the standard we purchased. This has put a further delay on my chairs arriving. This is an absolute joke for the money that we paid.

I can say that the staff at Neptune are lovely and the products are of good quality when arrive as they should.

I ordered new garden furniture in jan with 8
Week delivery time. It was delayed slightly but the team communicated every step .
Delivery slot notified and was met great communication.
The delivery guys were fantastic unwrapped and took away all packaging
The furniture is beautiful.

Very slow delivery. We ordered the sofa in August and received it end of Jan. Lovely product but all our deliveries recently have been very slow.

Over 2 months delay on lights due to Covid and Brexit. Understandable. I had to enquire as to their whereabouts rather than the store be proactive in letting me know. I was then given a date and told I could just turn up to collect. Thankfully I didn’t as upon finally answering the phone they had not been sent by Head Office. Whilst all this is out of the Store’s hands, I felt the apology was thin and ‘someone else’s fault’ rather than being the Face of the Brand and taking some ownership of lack of communication.

Good delivery service, and excellent paint
