The Chester store is lovely, easily accessible, plenty of parking and set out and staged beautifully. The large store allow you to see a large range of products. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. A memorable shopping experience since discovering Neptune, both shopping in-store and in ordering a new kitchen from them with clear plans and advice.
In addition, excellent delivery staff who did everything to 100% satisfaction.

Arundel benches and cushions
I love the Arundel benches and cushions. You can feel the quality annd they anre very comfortable . Ordering from the Chester store was a dream and the delivery guys were exceptional. Came when they said and took away all the rubbish.

Gorgeous
I could quite happily live in my local Neptune store; it’s gorgeous and if I could afford to replace everything in my house with Neptune furniture, fixtures, fittings and accessories, I certainly would. That said, I returned an online order recently because the item was a little more ‘rustic’ than I was expecting. However, on the whole, I’ve found Neptune products to be of excellent quality and superb design.

Excellent customer service
I ordered an outdoor sofa from Neptune Chester store. I wanted it delivered ready for a party. As the delivery team were unable to deliver it in time, Joe delivered it personally. This has to be amongst the best customer service I have ever received. A big Thank You!

poor communication and delivery times
Communication and delivery times were very poor and slow. I had to chase 3-4 times to find out when delivery would be and it was then further delayed.
At point of purchase in store, I wasn't made aware of the delivery lead times.
