Neptune - BathArvostelua 

I ordered my chair in January, finally it arrived at the end of April. However yet again it was plonked in a box not protected by any sort of cover especially given it was cream linen fabric. It has a slight mark on it but by this point I’d waited so long that I couldn’t be bothered to send it back even though it was very expensive. I think Neptune are relying on their middle class followers more than their quality these days. It’s a shame.

I came to the Cocktail making class. I could not fault the warm welcome extended by your staff Annabel and Maisie, they were so helpful and made each guest feel part of the event group. It was a very enjoyable night making beautiful cocktails in your stunning showroom

An evening in the fabulous Bath Neptune, learning to make cocktails I wouldn’t usually have attempted. Professional cocktail maker with amazing support from the Neptune staff, especially Annabel Chapman who was really knowledgeable and helped make the event fun. I particularly enjoyed getting to know the Neptune barware (some of which will definitely be purchased) as well as their kitchen options. useful to see the uses of the Neptune cabinets which are as practical as they are stylish.

Having done some research and looked at the products, we decided to have our new kitchen designed and fitted by Neptune.
We chose the style of cabinets in the Bath store which was well stocked and enabled plenty of choice. An appointment was booked with a designer. This was invaluable as we spoke about our requirements and what was most important to us. Silvia (the designer) understood straight away and also made some really helpful suggestions. The initial designs were very good and we would have been happy with them but we still had the opportunity to refine and tweak the designs.
We were given the opportunity to source our own appliances which saved a lot of money.
Throughout the process communication was excellent from Neptune. We had two or three visits from Neil who oversaw the project from the fitting point of view. His precision was impressive. It is probably because of this that everything went very smoothly. The kitchen is beautiful. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding. The fitter (Lewis) had very high standards and I was amazed that a painter (Louise) was sent out after everything was in; I expected to possibly have any scratches (if there were any) touched up but the whole thing was over-painted by Louise.
After a few weeks of using the kitchen Silvia and Neil came out to inspect everything and check for any things that needed any more work.
Choosing the Neptune kitchen was one of our best decisions, great people to deal with and special thanks to Silvia Zlatnicka for the excellent designs.

We called in to buy a pendant light for the dining room. It came about 3 days later, it was easy to install, good quality and illuminates the table perfectly. Very pleased

Quality products and quality customer services. Streaks ahead of cheaper products that never last, take a month to be delivered and won’t be replaced if there’s a problem. Proving yet again that you get what you pay for and I would always rather have the best, reliable most usable version 😁

My Suffolk Neptune kitchen was fitted around 9 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the whole design process. I was a bit nervous to approach Neptune as had only had high street kitchens fitted previously, but the moment I spoke with our designer - Claire - she put me at ease and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Claire listened to my initial thoughts and ‘wish list’ carefully, considered the space, and came up with the most beautiful design which, having used it for 9 months now - is also extremely practical - we can’t fault it!! It fits the large proportions of our space perfectly and looks like it’s always been there, so we couldn’t ask for more. Claire made the design process super easy as she was extremely knowledgeable - she knew the product so well and wasn’t scared to suggest when something wouldn’t work and could suggest a better option straight away. I went back and forth with hundreds of questions and she was always helpful, knowledgable, accommodating and extremely patient!! We also went with neptune fitters and definitely recommend this as they also had extremely good knowledge of the product and were very meticulous, so the end product is perfect to the mm. We are so so pleased we went with Neptune and would definitely use them again for any future kitchens - preferably using Claire again as our designer! The design, construction and end product are such good quality.

I brought a voucher of £1000 during the beginning of the pandemic which coming out of the pandemic I had completely forgotten about, come the time when I spoke to Neptune Bath they were willing to offer me £0 of this voucher, not even any condolences, £50 of the voucher, nothing. I have been a good customer of theirs and honest the service was disgraceful, the staff was rude and frankly not very sensitive to the fact I'd just lost a great sum of money to their store for nothing in return. I will not shop there again, or send any of my clients that way.

I want to say a huge thank you to the lovely team at the Neptune store in Bath! My jewellery brand Ballinger hosted a pop up within the store as part of Neptune’s Christmas market event and it was a hugely successful weekend for me. The Neptune team is so friendly, knowledgable and professional - nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they really go above and beyond. The store is absolutely beautiful too (when can I move in?!) and I particularly want to thank the wonderful Maisie Read for inviting me to showcase my brand at the event. I can’t wait to take part in your summer event next year! ✨

The wonderful team at Neptune, Bath opened up their doors to allow my small business ‘The Silk Studio’ to trade at their highly successful Christmas Market this year. Not only were the team so warm and welcoming to work alongside but we’re extremely well organised, knowledgeable and professional. Maisie, the assistant store manager was especially helpful during the lead up to the event, providing different options and ideas for the layout and positioning of my stall. The shop itself is simply stunning and such a beautifully presented space filled with inspiration and a warm, inviting ambience. An incredible store ran by an incredible, hard working team.
