Neal's Yard - always make good creams
They dispatched the two products promptly and they were delivered very promptly by Royal Mail (reliable carriers - most important). The face cream (Rejuvenating Frankincense Nourishing Cream) seems pleasant with no smell and is absorbed into the skin quickly, but the Wild Rose Hand Cream in a tube was overscented and can only used occasionally - but still worth it.

The products are great, but not the delivery
The products are great, but to be honest, I wouldn't have put the order in had I known in advance that the courier would be Evri (who I take pains to avoid). Predictably, they did mis-deliver the parcel: it went to another building, which has a similar number and a similar (but not identical) postcode, and I had to walk down the street trying to track it down You used to use Royal Mail Tracked, which worked much better for me. (I have complained to Evri about what happened

I've used Neals Yard products for years & generally am
Very satisfied,
but last two body shower I have used do not have the scents smells/strengths they used to have. No lovely scents of Lavender or geranium linger in my bathroom any more!
