The Natural Rug Store Arvostelua

Very pleased with my purchases.
I have ordered three made to measure rugs from this company
and they are all of good quality,
well packaged and arrived on time.
Would recommend.

If you are in a hurry, please look elsewhere. When we ordered I called to confirm the delivery time and was told 3 weeks. It is now 5 weeks and we have heard nothing. When I called, I was ask do you want me to chase. Now I am being told "should" be completed the end of next week and hopefully delivered the week after. 7 weeks+ for a door mat !

The rug arrived on time and exactly what I needed for a conservatory. Natural coir, extremely hard wearing and no deterioration from the sun light. Our last rug slowly fell to pieces over time.
Beautifully edged to finish off the look.

We did have a wait of about 4 weeks if I remember rightly as the border was oos. I was offered an alternative but decided to wait. It arrived just before Christmas & I am very pleased with the quality & the appearance. It goes well with our wooden floor, a casual rather than posh look which we like. They also included an anti slip mat for underneath even though I hadn't ordered it. I had the protective spray & to date there are no marks on the mat.

A beautiful well made and insulated rug which has aided with retaining warmth within a room.

Excellent service and a lovely product. Personal service and very professional. Thankyou

Huge choice of colours and materials and excellent quality.

Made to measure and fitted our porch beautifully.

Really good customer service arrived sooner than expected and am delighted with it. High quality beautiful rug.

The website offers a vast choice of made to measure products. You can see what they will look like. On arrival our order was exactly as expected and high quality. It was not cheap, and being individual it took a little time to arrive, but it was worth it.

Ordering easy and delivery good although a little over the three weeks.

Beautiful rugs made exactly to our specifications, really pleased with them they look great and are hard waring being in a busy thoroughfare from outside in our house. Quite a long wait time but worth it, highly recommend

Product up to and exceeded expectations.
Prompt delivery.
Ease of website.

Beautiful product, great service, delivery as promised.

Very helpful as I had some questions before I finally ordered. The rug is everything it should be and now it’s been down 3 months, very happy with it. I liked the idea of being able to design the components within the rug making it my own. Very happy and have no hesitation in recommending

The rugs are top quality and look fabulous. You can tailor make the exact size you want, specify the materials & add details such as single or double borders/trims. This means that each rug is individually designed to fit exactly in your room with existing furnishings. I recommend taking the time to get the free samples and try the colour combinations in your own space.
Best of all, the outstanding products are backed by exceptional customer service which is fast, very responsive and reliable. Outstanding.

I am extremely happy with my new sisool rug - it looks amazing on my lounge and it is very soft to the touch, unlike previous experience with other materials that can be hard and smell. Delivery was earlier than expected and communication was very efficient. I totally recommend this company. Thank you
