So far every single plastic container …
So far every single plastic container has leaked blood water when it's defrosted, I can only think the box was thrown about during transportation

Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced leaking from the containers when the food has defrosted. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, particularly if this has happened with every container in your order.
It’s possible that the packaging may have been damaged during transit, but we’d like to look into this further with our team to understand exactly what has happened and ensure we can address it properly.
If you have any photographs of the containers, packaging or the condition of the box when it arrived, please send these to hello@naturalinstinct.com . They would be really helpful for us when investigating this further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to look into it.
Kind regards,
Jamie
Easy to order
Easy to order, improvement in ordering system where you can choose a few dates in advance for the order to be processed, although possibly it should say to be delivered by. That nearly caught me out. Nice to see that the outer packaging is more environmentally friendly than previously- now just the food packaging to be addressed. Food quality as always is brilliant

It’s also lovely to hear that you’ve noticed the changes to our outer packaging and appreciate the more environmentally friendly approach. We’ll also take your comments regarding the food packaging on board.
Most importantly, we’re delighted to hear that the quality of the food continues to meet your expectations. Thank you for your continued support and for sharing such constructive feedback.

Hi Mark,
We’re really sorry to hear that your frozen chicken arrived completely defrosted, and we’re also sorry that you felt you had to escalate your complaint after not hearing back from us.
We can see your email on our system, and one of our team members, Ellie, replied to you the following day. We’re not sure whether this response may have been missed or gone into your junk folder, so would you be able to check if you’re able to locate it?
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make things right for you. One of our Team Leaders also gave you a call earlier today and left a voicemail, so if you need anything, you can come straight back to the number we called from and we’ll be happy to assist.
We hope to speak with you soon and get this resolved for you.
Kind regards,
Jamie
Called to change delivery date
Called to change delivery date, confirmed it was changed in the system. However, still received the order on the wrong date. Could only be offered 10% off next order. I needed to get in touch myself if food was defrosted (left outside on a very hot day!). Do not recommend, looking to change to different raw food now.

Hi Claire,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, particularly after being assured that the delivery date had been changed and the order still arriving on the original date.
We also appreciate your concerns about the food being left outside on a hot day and the fact that you had to contact us yourself regarding its condition. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we’re sorry that we weren’t able to provide a more suitable resolution at the time.
We’re disappointed to hear that this experience has left you considering another raw food provider, especially as we would have loved the opportunity to put things right for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback.

No food in the freezers!?
I came in for food and there wasn't any in the freezers. Myself and other customers were told that an order had been placed for filling the freezers but it would take a while and probably not before closing. I was there at around 1pm on a Saturday. I bought some sprats that my dog loves but nothing else 🥺

New delivery lottery brought to you by.....
Previously you would be able to order before 1pm the day before and it would arrive the next day.
As a disabled person it was great as I could organise hospital appointments around that.
But past few months its impossible to tell when its going to arrive.
Which makes organising life and important life stuff around it somewhat rather difficult.

Vastaus yritykseltä Natural Instinct
Hi Jack,
Thank you for taking the time to explain this, and I can completely appreciate how important it is to have some certainty around your delivery date, particularly when you need to plan appointments and other important commitments around it.
I’m sorry that the recent changes have made this more difficult for you. I can appreciate that the previous process was much easier to work around, as you could place your order before the 1pm cut-off and know that it would arrive the following day.
We do now have a dispatch day option at checkout, which allows you to select the specific date you would like your order to leave us. Your order will then be delivered the following day, giving you more control and certainty over when to expect it.
We appreciate that this may not feel quite as straightforward as the previous process, and we’re sorry for any frustration the changes have caused. We’ll certainly take your feedback on board, as we understand how important it is to be able to plan around your delivery.
Kind regards,
Jamie
