Natterjacks Arvostelua 

I purchased a pair of trousers from Natterjacks online. Advertised as grey as was the picture on the website. Upon delivery the colour did not match at all; the colour was more of a faded green. I complained and they told me to send it back for a full refund.
I sent it back 1st class recorded and didn't hear anything from them for over 2 weeks. I emailed them and a few days later my refund was complete. Complete? Not really, they forgot twice I had to pay for postage.

For the next 2 months I emailed them regarding this situation. Guess what? No email reply whatsoever!
Until i told them i'll be going to trading standards then i got reply. They told me they never got any emails from me and it wasn't their fault in the product description and they wouldn't be offering me any postage refunds. The label on the product clearly states emerald khahi, which is green.

Trading standards said I was right but i needed to write a formal letter to Natterjacks, make 2 copies and send it registered then wait to see if I got a reply and report back. I could see this dragging on for the next 6 months and who knows what next. All this trouble for the price of postage and return postage??

Complete amateurs! They will take every penny from you even if it's not your fault and ignore you until you disappear. 0 stars if i could.

Honestly have nothing bad to say. Ordered at 12am on a Sunday, it was shipped the next day and had it Tuesday.

Service was fine but beware of the postage charges... My order was below the free postage threshold so I was charged both outgoing and return postage. This meant I ultimately paid the thick end of £10 to try on & return a £30 t-shirt!! Read the other reviews and you'll see this is not standard with most online retailers... Wouldn't use again as I'm not prepared to pay such excessive fees.

When i've not bought from a company before I come straight to trustpilot, well I was reluctant to purchase trainers after seeing the reviews on here however everything was contrary to what I read.

Parcel delivered inline with their delivery note on the order, I rang to see where it was and spoke to really helpful staff and the trainers are perfect.

People need to cut companies a bit of slack after the year we've had - reading t&c's is really important

My mum and I have joined a running club, so as soon as the shops reopened we went to Natterjacks Liverpool to get her some running shoes.
Bearing in mind I have spent hundreds in the store getting my shoes over the years.
They didnt have her size so I ordered them (and paid) on 16th april. I was told I would be called when they came in "probably next week".
I had to go into the shop and give my number again. I went in 3 times in the end to basically pressure them to chase up the shoes I had paid for.
Finally got to collect them on 11 May, and they are not even the right ones!!! Barely an apology, no urgency, no significance to being a loyal customer and I will NEVER shop there again! Absolute joke, terrible service, and literally no regard for their customers.
If I could give minus stars, ì would!
Have encouraged the running club never to use them again either!

Prompt delivery and item came in good condition, albeit with APC Overnight instead of Royal Mail like with some other reviews. Cannot comment on experience with returns/refunds for wrong (or faulty etc.) items, but in T&Cs was aware that I would have to pay for any returns if it came to that. Would use Natterjacks again

Absolutely appalling customer service. The stingiest company I have ever shopped with. Not only did I have to pay return postage for an item, which is rare to see these days, but I thought was fair enough, I was then charged the original delivery fee for the item even though I qualified for free shipping on my purchase because I spent over £80. Never in my life have I seen anyone be charged the original delivery fee after being offered free delivery from anywhere! After flagging this via email with their sales team, all I was greeted with was “it’s in our terms and conditions”. That being said I did read the terms and conditions before purchase and it is not made very clear at all. The return was also due to the lack of sizing information on the website, as I had to return the item because they did not fit. Had the correct information been available to me I would have been able to make an informed decision before purchase. After a couple emails back and fourth about the matter, they have now proceeded to ignore my concerns entirely and I shall not be shopping with them again. I have essentially paid £9.70 to try on a pair of jeans!

Incredibly rude customer service. The equivalent of conversing with an immature teenage boy rather than an actual valid company. Avoid and choose a company that show customers a degree of respect.

Fast delivery, items came in good condition too!

The employees are disgraceful, they started playing 'Tokyo Drift - Teriyaki Boyz' as a group of my Asian friends entered their shop and found the fact it was intended to be racially offensive highly amusing. A terrible company with even more terrible people behind it.

I made a purchase very recently which was over the threshold of free delivery. I then had to return an item for exchange as the size was too large. I used their returns service.

I then received a refund - over £11 with no e-mail or heads up! When I contacted them they insisted that the replacement I wanted was out of stock even though it was available on their website. They charged me £11 for this privilege... £11. Their customer service is non existent and I am not surprised their score on here is woeful.

Avoid like the plague people, they simply do not care!

I ordered a Carhartt beanie from this store as there was a wide selection of different colours and the price was fair. Delivery was very quick and it came well packaged too, would defo recommend. Thanks.

Great experience buying from Natterjacks. Placed my order on a Friday for standard delivery, it was dispatched Monday. Slow processing by Royal Mail meant I didn’t receive until Friday, but that’s not Natterjacks fault. Easy process for buying on the website and I’m extremely pleased with the Nike Air Force 1’s I received. They’re in perfect condition, including the shoebox, as it was sent in a larger brown box to protect the original packaging! I couldn’t be happier and I would definitely buy from them again, especially as they had the original sold out design I was looking for at the original price and weren’t trying to resell for a large profit! Says a lot about the company.
I did read their returns policy before buying which does state that they will charge a return fee and not refund any original postage charge, so try to be 100% sure of the item you’re purchasing and the size you require. But, if it’s a risk you’re willing to take, definitely give them a try.

I had a great experience with Natterjacks. Got exactly what i ordered/wanted and it was quick. I purchased despite the reviews on here which would have put me off had Natterjacks not been the only place left with the size i wanted! Glad i did though! Would recommend, and purchase again, totally legit. Package came within 2 days of ordering which was well within my expectations. It does say on the receipt ‘next day delivery’ but i never selected or expected that, especially as i had the postage waived with a discount anyway. 10/10 experience from me.

Terrible rude customer service, courier loses item and they then charge you delivery and refuse an instant refund, I would use a reputable shop not this one! Consumer rights 2015 is very useful for anyone experiencing the same!

Bought my son something he wanted for Christmas paid for next working day delivery. it never arrived. The dispatch company they use wasn’t answering the phone or giving any tracking. After 3 days of chasing ppl down with assurances it was going to be delivered ‘today’ it wasn’t. While talking to someone at the delivery company they told me I wouldn’t get my item till the 29th and all the vans that had been to my area had returned, so if vans had been to my area why wasn’t my item delivered? Shoddy business all round. Never again. Eventually I paid £50 to courier the goods to me on Christmas Eve
so my son had what he’d asked for on Christmas morning. Imagine that, I had to send a courier to the courier company to deliver my purchase to me. Someone needs to reimburse me for the extra charges involved in getting my item to me on time!

Terrible customer service. Especially with their email correspondence they are very rude and ignorant. Do not buy from these desperate sellers. They put their profits before customer satisfaction. Some of their staff are a bad representation of the company.

Terrible customer service! Ordered with next working day delivery and still haven't received my order after 5 days. When I sent an email to ask about this I didn't receive a response of any sort. It should be illegal to accept money for next working day delivery if they do not actually deliver it. Will not be using this company in the future that's for sure.

Buy quite a lot of stuff from Natters but when I phoned up today to ask about some Nike trainers the guy on the phone was so rude.

Now I don’t believe in “The customer is always right” but this time the service was shocking. The guy must have got out of bed the wrong side today. The tone was disgusting, he was rude.

They don’t sell anything I can’t get elsewhere so I will now shop at Slam City and elsewhere.
