It’s a pure scam selling defective products and then charging u 95% of the price for „cost of return“

I needed to cancel an order shortly after placing it, and Native Union's support team responded very quickly and cancelled it without any hassle, even though their policy usually doesn't allow cancellations. Really appreciated the fast and helpful response. Great experience overall, and it gives me confidence for future purchases.

The products are very nice, functional and good looking.
The service is also great. Wrongly shipped product was very quickly exchanged and left me with the feeling that customer counts!
I will definitely buy again

ORDERED AND PAID FOR SIX BATTERY POWER BANKS. ADVISED OF DELIVERY AND THAT THE PRODUCTS WERE ON THEIR WAY. SUDDENLY MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. CHECKED THE WEBSITE AND THOSE PRODUCTS I ORDERED WERE STILL IN STOCK.

Bought 4 yours ago their belt apple lightning cable and what very satisfied with A the speed of loading and durability. Unfortunally i stept on the part that's goes in the phone and that was the end. Directly bought with their special offer several cables from long to short and again the look and work great. Great product so if you ever want a new cable this is the brand. Thanks Ronald Kraaijenbrink the Netherlands.

I purchased a case from Native Union for £30. When I needed to return it, I discovered the true cost of their returns policy — and it’s shocking.
Their customer service was polite and helpful, so no complaints there. But the returns process itself is a disgrace. As a UK customer, you are expected to ship the item internationally at your own expense — either to Hong Kong or Paris. The minimum postage at my local post office was £10. On top of that, France charges customs/duty fees on returned goods, adding another £20.
And it doesn’t stop there. If your original packaging is missing or damaged in any way, Native Union will deduct a further 20% from your refund — that’s another £6 gone on a £30 item.
Total return cost: £30. The exact same price I paid for the product — before even factoring in the packaging deduction.
Native Union does NOT make this clear before you buy. There is no mention that UK customers will face international shipping fees, import duties, or packaging penalties when returning an item. In reality, returning a product is completely financially unviable.
If you are buying from Native Union in the UK and think you have the safety net of a return, you do not. Please factor this in before purchasing. I wish I had known.

Beware if you require a refund - I was incorrectly charged shipping - I spent over the required amount for free shipping but couldn't check out without paying the charge. I was assured that they would refund me the amount but this has not arrived back on my credit card.
No issues with the products but this leaves a nasty taste....
