The response from NSA to my initial review does not reflect the actual issues raised. Their public reply suggests that my concerns stem from being unhappy with a referral, which is entirely inaccurate. My complaint was primarily about the misleading pre-course information and the lack of transparency regarding progression restrictions, which NSA has now admitted and stated they have corrected.

Throughout the course, I have also identified numerous spelling errors, grammar issues, and factually incorrect content, which is disappointing for a Level 6 qualification. I hope NSA genuinely take on board the feedback provided by learners (which becomes visible once enrolled) to improve the accuracy and overall quality of their materials.

It is still very disappointing that learners cannot progress through the course at their own pace, despite this being claimed within their marketing. Every other provider offering qualifications at this level allows full access once payment is made, and this remains a significant barrier and frustration with this course.

The assessments are not reflective of real-world fire risk assessment practice, and the feedback I received was vague, inaccurate, and unhelpful. Progress through the course is blocked until marking is complete, which was not made clear before enrolment and caused unnecessary delays. Even after raising concerns, the process lacked transparency and did not feel professionally managed.

this gave me clarity on where I'm at in my job and how to progress. what points to pick up and research I can find out for myself.

I found the course very informative and from reference notes be able to refer back to them when required.
The training has helped me develop a clearer understanding on risks of fire safety, safeguarding and for free.

Recently completed the Fire risk diploma and I have had a great experience with it.
It has definitely given me more confidence in the world of fire.

I have completed the Level 6 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment.

I enjoyed working my way through the content and the assessments, which was suited to the way I wanted to study. I had already completed the level 4 which included 5 days face to face, so I was keen to crack on with this on my own.

In my opinion, this course needs a pre-requisite qualification of a Level 3 in fire safety. Meaning that the content is in-depth, which is great.

Overall, I thought the content was well explained and the assessments were tough, which is what you want.

Highly recommend and I am proud to have this qualification.

Excellent training provider. The NSA presentation and delivery support was second to none. I would strongly recommend the NSA.

Engaging content structured in a bite size manner that allows students to dedicate time around busy schedules.

Good use of different learning mediums, e-learning, textbook, signposting to appropriate guidance documents and available tutor support as required.

A course that is challenging and enjoyable in equal measures and will undoubtedly prove useful CPD for seasoned professionals and take newer learners through the fire risk assessment process technically and practically.
