Very good experience and informative

The various 'what's new?' BS courses are very insightful, structured in an easy to follow and understandable way, and make the learning much easier. Great high-level courses, thank you!

Easy to understand and concise

I paid over £2,500 to the National Safety Academy and was permanently excluded based on an unsubstantiated allegation that I used AI in my assignments. This allegation is false. I provided evidence, including AI-detection results (e.g. Turnitin), showing my work was not AI-generated, but this was ignored. No fair or transparent investigation was carried out. I believe the decision was disproportionate and has caused me financial loss. I am now considering formal legal action.

This has been a great course with amazing level of information. It's been a great journey. I'm also doing the fire risk assessor course too. Thank you so much for the support through the course. Recommend to all who need the training and qualification. Great training provider. Great course.

The Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment and The Fire Door Inspection Course.
The Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment is a great course.
Very in depth and even though I have worked in fire for 30 years I have learned alot.
A million times better than courses like the Nebosh Fire Certificate with much much more content.
The Fire Door Inspection course is also a great course that is very well laid out.

Being online you can do as little or as much as you feel like and learn in your own style.
The staff have been great with me and Callum, Hollie, Lucy and the Tutor Gareth have always been there to answer questions and explain things to me.
An easy 10 out of 10 from me.
Great course content delivered in a great way.
Hopefully they do more courses in fire and health and safety in the future.

I have also completed 3 free courses run by the NSA.
This gives you an insight in to the course layout etc so join up and do the 3 x free courses and then buy the other courses.
You wont regret it.

I think the course is without doubt the best online course I have ever taken . It covers a very wide range of subjects in depth and gives an excellent understanding of the subject. It was easy to follow with brilliant course material and support

Exploring the Level 6 FSM course led me to give the complimentary offerings a shot. I must say, the courses are excellently crafted, and the material is top-notch.

Easy to User Guidance. Really straightforward and to the point information on key information to British Standards. Really enjoying the look and feel of course material provided by NSA.

I am currently 2 thirds of the way through the fire risk assessment diploma.
I work in fire and I have learned alot.
Very well laid out course.
Much much better than nebosh( I have 3 nebosh qualifications)
Much more in depth.
Callum and Lucy always answer questions and are very helpful.
Ive also started the fire door course and I have found that very enjoyable also.
An all round very positive experience.
I hope they do more fire qualifications in fire stopping and alarms as it is so much easier to be able to complete them online after work.
Its a win win for me as I dont have to lose money by attending a classroom for a week as well as the cost of the course.
Its half the cost of some fire risk assessment courses and is so in depth.
Buy the books as they are very good also.
Hoping I can buy the fire door book soon.

An in-depth and interesting course keeping the information relevant without cutting corners

Great content, very informative and up to date. Assessments came with real world scenarios as we see them for years.

The course is very well laid out and very informative.
I work in fire safety and have learned alot.
The assesments are good and testing.
The staff are great and very friendly.
I have really enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend it.
So glad I took the plunge and did it.

I enjoyed the course because this is one of the few that I could actually complete in my own time!!
The information was very professional but not overwhelming with technicalities.
