National Tyres and Autocare - Sheldon Arvostelua 49

Booked to have 2 New tyres fitted to my 2024 MG. Engineer turned up and after a couple of minutes said he had a problem couldn’t get valve caps off, so took the easy option and cut the valve off making the tpms system non functional. On closer inspection badly damaged all aoy rim. Now have a car which is technically illegal to drive. Have contacted customer service who basically not interested. I now need to replace at my cost. These people consider themselves to be Engineers. Very unhappy customer.

Had tyres replaced and the alloys were badly dented and scatched.

I had a problem with my exhaust and they’ve told me I needed the whole exhaust replaced from the car back onwards and they’ve just charged me £600 pound for a stock ford fiesta mk6 exhaust then I went around other places to get other things done and they’ve all said to change a exhaust £200 !!! They’ve ripped of a young driver while they’ve had the chance to do not go here

I booked a tyre to be fitted at 1 pm on Friday, to prepare for my MOT on Saturday. National Tyres confirmed the appointment for 1 pm and I paid extra for a premium fitting slot. I arrived for my appointment to be told that the tyre had not yet arrived, and they don’t expect to see it before Monday. No phone call, no advance warning, and they simply didn’t care. Told me my only option was for them to cancel the order.

I’m now struggling to find an alternative at such short notice and I’ve missed my MOT slot, wasting a further £45.

Luke the store manager provided excellent service. The staff were all friendly and professional. My tyres were changed like in a formula one pit stop - super fast. Very happy with the price and service.

This is just the order process - very easy and gives me the best price - tyre being obtained and will be fitted on the following day (hopefully)

The service here was simply fantastic!
I was on a long trip home and had a slow puncture caused by a screw and called this garage on route. They fitted me in and got me back on my travels in 20 mins ! It was an Arnold Clark company car, but they would have done it for anyone I am sure

Had slow puncture whilst driving down M6. Called lots of other suppliers but no one could help. Called National Tyres Sheldon Branch and spoke with Stuart. Stuart offered to help fix the puncture so I could continue journey to business meeting. Staff very helpful and fitted us in to repair tyre. Thanks to all at National Tyres Sheldon for helping.

Bought 3 Tyres with warranty and booked wheel alignment at Sheldon branch, arrived on morning of booking to find they had no Tyres there for me and the only thing on his computer was the wheel alignment and Tyre warranty for 3 tyres and his ramp was broke so he couldn’t carry out the wheel alignment absolute joke

Booked in for a brake check, was able to get an appointment the next day, dropped the car off before work, staff couldn't have been friendlier or more pleasant. Called me within half an hour with a quote, all done within a couple of hours. Called back to let me know when it was ready for collection. Really good, efficient service, very impressed!

So far online is easy to find what you need, nice in the is climate to have some discounts, and paying options.

Booked car in for 10.30 am on Monday 16 th Jan 23. On arrival (10 mins early ) was told battery hadn’t arrived and was en route and that I would need to leave vehicle with them or wait for phone call when battery arrives. ( I did the latter) Not good enough I’m afraid , especially when you’re paying £142 for a battery and took the time to book a slot that couldn’t be serviced. Very poor indeed. PS the chap at the store was professional about it all, but that’s all… At 3.15 The guy at the shop phoned me as the battery arrived and fitted it as soon as I turned up. Thank you.

I booked and paid for my tyre on line and given a time slot to come on which was so much easier. Stuart fitted my tyre, he was so professional and nothing was too much trouble. The tyre was very reasonably priced. Really happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this centre. Will be going back in the future. Thank you 🙏

Easy to use website. Was able the choose exactly the tyre size and brand I needed. Best price on line as well and also free fitting at work.
