National Tyres and Autocare - Bletchley Arvostelua 157

I had a emergency last minute balance needed for the car and National tyres was the only place availble to do it same day on a Sunday (impressive). Having bad expirence I was hesitant but glad I went as its under new management and what a breath of fresh air the entire expirence was. Sophie was welcoming, informative and did as she said she would. I was notified a pick up time and I recieved a call and email to collect my car. Sophie also identified some other issues with the the car I was unaware of which was very helpful. If they was not getting a refurbishment that coming week I would have booked in for repairs but it had to be seen to a bit more urgent then they could do. None the less my faith in National Tyers has been completely restored. With Sophie steering the ship I'm happy to return as a customer. Hats off to you Sophie and the leaders at National tyers for listing to the people and making changes to managment.

I brought a second hand car 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Took it to Bletchley originally to have a tyre but it has need lots of work done on the brakes. Keith and his team have been absolutely amazing. The customer service has been fantastic and I will continue to go back with any problems or when I need an mot because I know I have a friendly, honest and hardworking team helping me fix any issues I might have.

I booked my car in for an mot on the 13th May 24 at 1pm I arrived at 12.45 only to be told by Keith that I was 15mins late when clearly I wasn't I've been going to this garage for many years and I know how it works.
As for the mot the car failed on well it was anyone's guess as what the inspector wrote was totally baffling he even put my dash cam down as an advisory ridiculous, Keith never offered a price or to carry out any repair work and let me drive a mot failure car away shocking! I will gladly supply a screen shot of the failure paperwork if needed. I took the car to Kwik-fit who couldn't work what my car had failed on and offered to carry out another mot and passed it with only an advisory on the lower arm all this happened within 2 hours of leaving national tyres and no work was carried out on my car again I can show a screen shot of the pass if needed. The service I received from national tyres Bletchley was awful and I will never go back.

Booked in for a free brake check and really impressed with the service. Can't speak highly enough of Ryan who took the time out to explain the report to me, even though he was extremely busy. Customer care was superb, thank you.

I popped my tyre this morning and went to National Tyres, Keith was very helpful, he got it swapped out for me quickly at a good price. Overall a great experience.

I booked my for a free brake check and was surprised to find both Keith n Matt most helpful in my quest. After the check and realising I needed some work done I was booked in. Keith and Matt couldn’t do enough for me helping me use the facilities of Payment Assist interest free payments to cover the costs. They spent time ensuring that I fully understood all the elements and couldn’t be any more helpful. It’s really unusual getting such high standards of care and attention. Bravo to Keith and Matt and I will be back again in the Future. Regards Andre

Fast, friendly service from Keith yesterday. Fixed my loose exhaust pipe and no charge! Very happy!

Ordered two new tyres and front wheels aligment because of steering wheel not straight.
Fitting new tyres and alignment was quick, surprised.
I was satisfied, but not for long, until I was on a straight road. Then I realized that the steering wheel is still not straight, but this time to the opposite side. I couldn't go back because the trip to the sea was already coming...
I filled out the complaint form online.
I received an excruciating email that 'my complaint will be answered within 48 hours'.
I filled out the form on August 29, today is September 4 or 144 hours after complaint....still any answer from company.
Last time with thia company.

I booked 2 tyres online using the available tomorrow choices last evening. This order was paid for, accepted and booking confirmed for 4pm. I was phoned up at 3.30pm to say that the tyres are not available and that it normally takes 3 days to get tyres. Your manager at the Bletchley branch would not give me a more senior person to complain to about this atrocious service. You have blatantly lied in your online arrangements, you have wasted a whole day to tell me, wasted my afternoon, and also have prevented me getting any more tyres. Your manager was unable to immediately refund the money that I paid, blaming the different operation arrangements of the online system. This dreadful service and total lack of customer care shows what a bad company that National Tyre and Autocare are.

Keith and his team are absoloutley brilliant at the bletchley branch, fast, efficient, friendly team always go above and beyond nothing is too much trouble!

The website is very easy to use. It suggested a tyre for my car but I know the rim size so picked the correct alternative tyres.

All good. Use them all the time and always helpful and accomadating.

Booked in time for tyre change, not told of any delay and work was not started untill 45min later, after checking tyres and 20 mile round trip realised they had fitted the wrong size tyres, all in all 2 hours and 20mins to change 2 tyres.

Sam and William were professional and did their job efficiently.
