Charging fee for everything, account closure for no reason
The first red flag was when I had to pay huge fees for basic services - getting documents and making sepa transfers.
It ended in a bad way as expected - they just closed my account WITH MONEY ON IT without any explanation.

Ricarica Postepay non riuscita – risolta da Francesco
Uso myTU, banca lituana, per alcune operazioni dall'Italia. Stavolta la ricarica Postepay non è andata a buon fine. Ho aperto il ticket preoccupato per i tempi, invece Francesco del supporto è intervenuto rapidamente. Ha verificato la transazione, annullato l'operazione e riaccreditato l'importo sul conto. Comunicazione chiara, niente giri di parole. Do 5 stelle per la gestione, non per il problema iniziale che ovviamente c'è stato.

Definitivamente no lo recomiendo
Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Han bloqueado mi cuenta sin justificación. Me he comunicado con su servicio al cliente y solo dicen que es por motivos de "seguridad" pero no dan más detalles, tampoco dicen lo que necesitan para aclarar el inconveniente y porsupuesto, se tomaré accion si siguen haciéndolo de esta manera. Durante el proceso, se quedan con tu dinero mientras tanto, apropiándose de forma indebida de los recursos monetarios de sus clientes.
Adicional a esto, denuncian el comentario para intentar eliminarlo y luego como no pueden, te escriben indicando que se han puesto en contacto y es totalmente falso.

MyTU doesn’t work anymore after copying.
I‘ve an email to the support.
Under 10 minutes time, they‘ve called me back. I became the right information and way to fix it, additional as an email.
5 minutes later it works again!
