Ordered some tri-shorts. Fast delivery and item was as described.

Terrible returns and refund - had to chase several time now only to be told refunds can take up to 21 days. I am now outside this window and still no refund. The wetsuit was returned uponed and was returned following process and received on 8th May. Time to up your game MyTriathlon - simple not acceptable and I would not recommend you to my wide triathlon network.

The goods are as advertised on an easy to navigate website. Delivery is prompt.

My wife ordered me the wrong hat and it was accepted back for refund and it took over 4 weeks to get her refund and constant calls/emails.

Good customer service. My feedback regarding my purchase was warmly received and taken on board. Compression socks arrived a little grubby but washed nicely. Was offered a refund but needed them. Elastic too loose and they fall down during workout so not suitably sized for me personally

Don't issue refunds.
They make every excuse in the book to keep your money.
You buy an item on the website, a week later they tell you its out of stock - would you like an alternative?
No , can you refund the money.......My guess is they have cash flow problems , you are taking a chance getting anything high value with this company, chance is they don't have it, and they won't refund , so good luck , signs are they are going bust.

Excellent, rapid and efficient service. Absolutely no dramas.

The website is good and has lots to offer, however if you need to return something its a long process. I returned a few things and paid for tracking each time. It took them ages to check it in as received despite it being there a few days. Then it takes ages for the refund.

Their policy apparently says refunds will happen in 21 days which I am pretty certain is not in line uk consumer law which states it should be 14 days.

All in all it'll take about 30 days for a refund after you have posted next day tracked, which is too long when youre buying expensive items from them.

Very impressed with the service — my wetsuit arrived just 2 days after ordering. The wetsuit and undersuit both fit perfectly and feel really comfortable. Looking forward to the weather improving so I can get out and try them properly!

I ordered my item on the 9th Feb, it finally arrived early May. I understand the item was not delivered to Mytriathon until then but the lack of communication was very annoying. I did all the chasing and each time I was told the item had be delayed but it would be with "next week" I felt like was being fobbed off everytime. Poor customer service, nice product.

Excellent service, great range of top quality brands, good order communication and delivery service to match, customer service team is very good too, I’m very old fashioned when it comes to customer service, I know online is the way of the World now but I still like to speak to human beings where possible, and MyTriathlon are definitely human beings, keep up the great work and please don’t get rid of your telephone line.

Nice easy service. Ordered a past season cycling jersey that was no longer stocked anywhere else (it had to be THIS specific one). Purchase and checkout was straight forwards and I received email updates throughout, including when it was delivered.

I purchased a product on their website (for £280.00) with an expected delivery date of 5 working days.
After over a week I had heard nothing regarding said order. No shipment confirmation, nothing.
I sent an email, no response.
Reached out over chat, and found out that "we are experiencing an issue with this brand and customs due to them not currently supplying in the UK" and that "all customers are going to be contacted with alternatives" (a cheaper option, from a different brand).

I understand these issues can happen, however, selling premium products and charging premium prices for products that "they were supposed to be dispatched to us weeks ago, but our supplier is experiencing issues with customs" hence were not physically present in store, and promise 5 working days delivery, is a perfect recipe for frustrated customers. Not to mention the lack of communication - I had to be the one to reach out in order to be informed of this after 11 days from the order date.

I now find myself short of 300 GBP, without the product I needed and had chosen for an upcoming race for which I had saved for. Without being able to re-order from alternative sources until the refund comes through.

Bottom line - you want to order from them? Maybe check in they actually are stocking the product and can deliver on the delivery time-frame promised to avoid finding yourself in my shoes.
