25/07 still no refund. Also @mytriathlon I have emailed you many many times.

Since I made my order there have been so many bad reviews saying the same thing. I would definitely proceed with caution. I wish I had never ordered from them as they now owe me over £300 of refunds and they are already late paying some of that and are not responding to emails from a week and a half ago.

Ordered a HUUB swimsuit, it came promptly and was very comfortable to swim in, so ordered another one!

I had to speak to the staff about an enquiry and it was handled quickly and efficiently and ultimately led to me purchasing a different bin short more suitable for me.

Recommend caution with MyTriathlon. Read the reviews carefully before ordering.
I ordered boxes of Styrkr SLT-05 via their online store on 28 May. This turned out to be not in stock (despite showing as available to order).
MyTriathlon then cancelled my order on 2 June and have not refunded me since. Have contacted them several times. Still no refund, so am contacting my bank. Pretty fed up with online stores faking their stock and holding onto customers money as long as they can.
Recent reviews seem to show a similar experience.

First order went really well.Placed the order and paid and was phoned by a salesperson to say actually the size I ordered wasn’t in stock but that my measurements would be fine with a small which was in stock. I was a bit concerned but went with it paid for next day delivery and it arrived promptly and did fit. Loved the wetsuit but sadly had to return as it was 2mm not 3mm. Returned the item and re ordered a different wetsuit. It showed wetsuit was available so paid for the order. 5 days later tried to contact MyTriathalon as I had not received my order but no one was available so ended up in an online chat. Turns out they don’t have the wetsuit in stock, and they were trying to get it from somewhere else. I had not received any notification about it and needed it for an event tomorrow. I ordered it last Friday. I also asked about my refund for the return which I had had notification they had received. I was told that it would take up to 21 days. So 9 days after placing my first order I am £400+ down with no wetsuit and unable to attend tomorrows event. I have phoned today to twice to try to find out my delivery date left two messages but not had a call back. Annoyingly I contacted another vendor who had the wetsuit available but was worried about outlaying another £216 whilst waiting for refunds fromMyTriathalon.

I bought a small item, a repair kit for an Xlab wing. The shipping was way more expensive than the item, but I was ok with it.
More than a month latter, no news for the item, the Royal mail shipping number doesn't work, and when I've tried to reach mytriathlon by their "help" button, seems that they're never online. Leave a message, no response. I will have to buy the item elsewhere, assuming that my money were lost. Not the greatest buyer experience, I must say.

The item I ordered was unfortunately unavailable, MyTriathlon contacted me to give me the option to wait on what I had ordered or change to the same item in a different colour that was in stock. On accepting the alternative my order was received the next day.

Returnef an item unused as it didn't fit me. Although communication was good from company it took 35 days to receive my refund.

2 items ordered, one was not in stock so they did not send the first until I chased them. Did not keep me informed of the second items delivery and again I had to chase. Will not purchase from them again

Great service and fast delivery

They didn't actually have the item in stock and contacted me after taking my money to tell me this. Slow communication but eventually agreed to refund me (for an item they didn't have and therefore had not b even started to ship). A week late I chased to check they had initiated refund and ask for timescales and was just told it would be pad on to accounts to "get completed as soon as possible". Which suggests the refund has not even been actioned yet. Still no idea when I can expect to recieve my money bank.
Super disappointed with this company and will never use again.

Website was easy to use and they kept me updated on delivery times (even when delayed by a day or so). I was impressed.
