Not reliable

I ordered a garden robot in September 2021. Today end of January 2022 I have still not received my goods after of course paying it in full 5 months ago.
To the numerous tickets which I wrote, I always received a polite excuse and further postponement of the delivery date. All the further promised delivery dates were however not kept and I am still waiting! No proactive communication or anything from their side! Also their website was misleading promising delivery within 3 days! The same robot is available in major chains all over the country, so never do the mistake to purchase from them!
I would never again buy from this retailer!

Promised delivery dates over and over, product never arrived.

Ordered a robot vacuum. Was promised delivery within a couple of weeks.
Didn't arrive was promised delivery dates over and over again. All of which were missed. Overall waited more than 12 weeks before canceling my order.
It's disappointing that myrobotcenter lie and say "they can't find my order".
I guess they will now just pay for a few more positive reviews to outweigh the bad.
A more positive action would be to stop saying they have stock or deliveries planned which they know are not reliable.

TrustPilot informed us on Thu, 27 Jan 2022 at 10:56 AM, about that: Unfortunately, "Peter Searancke" did not respond to your " Identify a reviewer " request within the 3-day deadline."

This is a bad situation for us - we would like to give you a detailed answer. We kindly ask you, to indicate the order number (WS-xxxxxxxx) or a ticket number for clear identification. Lügen

Werde nie mehr etwas bei diesem Shop etwas bestellen.
Kundendienst telefonisch nie erreicht.OK!
Absolute lüge was die in Ihrem Online Shop schreiben. ÄRGERLICH!
Sie schriben Sie hätten den Roborock S7 an Lager, Lieferzeit 2-3 Tagen, beziehen das Geld und siehst lange nichts bei dir zu Hause.
Ich warte seit 8 Wochen lang, aber Sie sagen Sie hätten an Lager und blablabla…
Ich verstehe die Lieferverzüge, da ich auch im Verkauf tätig bin, aber die Lügen gehen nicht! 1 stern ist sogar zu viel. Der negative Punkt ist nicht die Lieferverzögerung!

danke für die Bewertung und den abgegebenen Kommentar. Natürlich können wir Ihre Verärgerung verstehen und möchten uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen.
Lieber Kunde, entschuldigen Sie bitte die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten.

Leider gibt es mit der Anlieferung des Lieferanten Verzögerungen. Wir erhielten leider nur eine Teillieferung der Roborock Geräte und die später als vom Lieferanten angegeben. Ihre Vorbestellung wurde am 20.01. versendet. Am 21.01. wurde das Paket sodann zugestellt per Swiss Post zugestellt.
