Meglepően rövid minőségmegőrzési idő több terméknél
2026 augusztus 11-én adtam le a rendelésemet. Többek között 6 × 1 kg természetes mogyoróvajat rendeltem, mert hosszabb időre szerettem volna készletet vásárolni.
A mogyoróvajak minőségmegőrzési ideje 2027. február 3., vagyis a rendelés időpontjában kevesebb mint 6 hónap volt hátra. Erről a termékoldalon vásárlás előtt semmilyen tájékoztatást nem találtam. Ha ezt előre tudom, biztosan nem rendelek belőle egyszerre 6 kg-ot.
Ráadásul nem csak a mogyoróvajnál kaptam viszonylag közeli dátumot. A rendeléssel érkezett proteinszeletek közül kétféle 2026. december 18-ig őrzi meg a minőségét, tehát ezeknél alig több mint 4 hónap volt hátra. A harmadik termék 2027. március 27-i dátummal érkezett, amivel természetesen nincs problémám.
Tisztában vagyok vele, hogy egyik termék sem lejárt. A problémám az, hogy több terméket viszonylag rövid hátralévő minőségmegőrzési idővel kaptam meg, miközben erről vásárlás előtt nem kaptam tájékoztatást.
Különösen a 6 kg mogyoróvaj esetében lett volna ez számomra fontos információ. Ha előre ismerem ezeket a dátumokat, biztosan nem rendelek ekkora mennyiséget.
A visszaküldés lehetősége számomra nem igazán oldja meg a problémát: az újabb ügyintézést, csomagolást és időráfordítást jelent, és adott esetben még visszaküldési költség is felmerülhet. Mindez elkerülhető lett volna, ha a vásárlás előtt megfelelő tájékoztatást kapok a várható minőségmegőrzési időről.

Töröltem a megadott lehetőségen a rendelést, bőven a csomagolás előtt, mert rájöttem kb. 30 perccel a rendelés után, hogy nem lesz jó az íz - módosítás meg nem engedélyezett. Nem kaptam semmi reakciót a törlésről és a terméket kiküldik. Mivel csak előre lehet fizetni, így nem küldöm vissza, inkább elfogyasztom a terméket, nem bízom abban, hogy vissza utalják az árát, addig is hetek telhetnek el és lehet többe kerülne visszaküldeni, mint amennyit a termék ér. Még a chatet is igénybe vettem, hogy hogyan lehet módosítani a rendelést, ott is azt írták töröljem. De nem történt semmi.

Overall, the products seem great, but the shipping experience could definitely be improved.
Three days after placing my order, the package still hasn't been handed over to the courier company. Based on my previous experience, this is not the courier's fault—they have always delivered my parcels quickly and very flexibly.
I also found the delivery options quite limited. Only a few parcel lockers in inconvenient locations were available, otherwise home delivery was the only option. Since flexible delivery wasn't enabled by the seller, it wasn't possible to redirect the parcel after dispatch either.
For a purchase at this price point, I would expect faster order processing and more flexible delivery options. I hope this will improve in the future.

Round 2: Still failing to ship my product
Round 2:
This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.
As I mentioned previously, it appears that no additional investigation, effort, or corrective action has been taken regarding this case.
I have attached the failing shipment document again, which is exactly the same as the one provided before. Based on the current handling of the issue, it seems that we are simply repeating the same process that already led to the previous failed delivery.
What concerns me most is that I have yet to see any meaningful action aimed at actually resolving the problem. Instead, the response has mainly consisted of offering small amounts of credit, which unfortunately does not address the underlying issue. I am not looking for compensation tokens; I am looking for a solution and generosity.
Could you please take ownership of this case and explain what concrete steps are being taken to ensure that this shipment does not encounter the same issues as before? After months of delays, repeated communication, and ongoing inconvenience, I believe this is a reasonable expectation.
At this point, the experience is becoming worse rather than better, and my confidence in the process continues to decline.
I would appreciate a clear update on how this matter will be resolved.

I executed a high cost order at 27th of july. Since then nothing happened except an email which says that my order have not sent yet. My previous orders were delivered within 1 week or so. I find this really outrageous that nothing happaned since the email...
